2030 (two thousand and thirty) ACTUAL miles!  Yes, you read that right, only 2-0-3-0 miles.
This is a one-owner truck that we purchased new approximately 3 months ago at Kenny Kent Chevrolet in Evansville, Indiana.  Shortly after buying the truck, we decided that we would rather have a 4-wheel drive .
The truck is Deep Ruby Metallic with Jet Black cloth interior.
This truck is the four door Double Cab model with the short bed.
The truck has an ARE hard bed cover that is painted Deep Ruby Metallic.  The bed is lined with a factory GM bed liner and has been since day one.
The truck is loaded up with $5,300 dollars in options that include: power driver's seat, dual zone climate control, remote start, MyLink audio system with 8-inch color touch screen, rear vision camera, polished 20-inch wheels, painted mirrors and door handles, trailering equipment, chrome bodyside moldings, and driver and passenger heated seats.
The truck carries the remainder of the factory warranties and the scheduled maintenance coverage.
This truck is like new and it provides someone with the chance to own a new truck without the new truck price.  As you can see, the truck listed for close to $40,000.
The truck has no history of paint or body work and it has never been in any accidents or unfortunate situations.
As you can probably guess, the truck runs, rides, and drives perfect.
I invite you to look at the pictures that I have uploaded to be ensured that the truck is like new.
The truck carries a clean and clear Kentucky title that is ready for transfer.

This listing carries a modest reserve that invites serious bidders.

The truck nor the title will leave my possession until the purchase amount has been paid in full.  The purchase amount may be paid with cash, a wire transfer, or a cashier's check (7-day clearance period before truck or title departure).  If you decide to ship the truck, you will be responsible for shipping costs but I will accommodate any shipping arrangements that you may make.

I can be reached with a call or a text at (270) 748-1882.

Thank you for your interest!

Ford, Toyota clean up in Best Car For The Money Awards

Fri, 22 Feb 2013

The U.S. News Best Cars for the Money Awards picks winners by looking at the average transaction price, five-year total cost of ownership, the regard a car has from the automotive press, reliability figures from J.D. Power and Associates and safety data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The result, according to the magazine, is "the best combination of critical acclaim and long-term value."
Ford nabbed six of the 21 categories that received awards this year, the Focus, Fusion, Fusion Hybrid, Taurus, Escape and Edge getting trophies. Toyota and its Lexus and Scion sub-brands took another five, the Tacoma and Tundra owning the two categories given to pickup trucks. The other ten awards were split between Honda with three, Buick with two, and one each for Subaru, BMW, Hyundai, Chevrolet and Mazda.
Follow the link to see all the winners and read about why they were chosen.

Race Recap: 2013 Twelve Hours of Sebring, cakewalk up front, grindfest out back [w/spoilers]

Tue, 19 Mar 2013

This year's 12 Hours of Sebring wasn't exactly a foregone conclusion because we're still talking about racing, and anything can happen when the speeds are as high as the adrenaline and the desire. But we're still talking about Audi bringing it's two top-spec racers - and its huge budget and its nearly neurotic attention to detail - to a race that it uses as a test bed for The 24 Hours of Le Mans and as a way to open the endurance racing season with a victory.
Besides, 12 hours is a long time, especially at Sebring, and things didn't go all Audi's way. On top of that, although it was a pretty quiet race, behind the Audis things got even grimier, with plenty of battles, plenty of mechanical issues, and the new BMW Z4 GTE and Viper GTS-R being race tested. Oh, and that brand new chromed-out DeltaWing...

Corvette Stingray Shooting Brake under consideration by Callaway [w/poll]

Mon, 18 Mar 2013

Callaway has released a few renderings of a design study for a shooting brake version of the C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. The company says it wants to create a long-roof version of America's sports car to offer buyers more interior room and a vehicle with "unique style." The company says it will use structural carbon fiber for the new body bits, which suggests the conversion shouldn't add too much more weight to the Corvette. Along with a few mechanical tweaks, the Callaway Corvette Stingray AeroWagon could breeze past the 200 miles per hour barrier.
Provided that they get enough interest, Callaway estimates they will be able to effect the changes on the Chevrolet for around $15,000, and says the conversion work should be available through its network of dealers. You can check out the brief press release below for more information, or head over to the Callaway site to plunk down a deposit - but before you do, we want to know... do you find this C7 wagon interesting? Vote in our poll below, then feel free to leave a few lines in Comments.
