This is a 1970 Chevrolet Pickup Truck, C20, Custom Camper! This truck has a 350 engine with (4) four barrel eldebrock carb accompanied by a four speed (including granny/creeper gear) manual transmission with stick on the floor. Dual Exhaust (sounds awesome)! Speedom show 58015 but is most likely 158015 or even 258015 unknown for sure. Run and drives. Would be great as is or restore to your preference. New items are as follows: baby moons, gas cap, all light covers including side lights and tail lights, new rear bezels and bulbs, front bumper bolts, front bumper and blasted and painted white, rear bumper painted white, old style front license plate, mirror brackets blasted and painted white. I listed the color as red and orange...hard to tell for sure so check pics for color appearance. This truck is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the listing. |

Fri, 08 Mar 2013Living in an apartment complex has its benefits, but for shade-tree mechanics who like/need to work on their own cars, it definitely has a number of disadvantages. Relatively simple tasks such as brake jobs and oil changes are difficult when you don't have dedicated driveway space, to say nothing of more in-depth repairs... like pulling an engine, for example.

Sat, Mar 21 2015Chevrolet's famous small block V8 stands as one of the workhorse engines in American auto history, with its variants going into vehicles from hot rods to pickup trucks. But do you know that you can fully disassemble and completely restore one of these mills in just under four minutes? Well, as long as there's some assistance from time-lapse photography, that is. Hagerty created this short clip showing a dirt-covered small block turning from a frog into a prince. Thankfully, the time-lapse doesn't speed the process up too much, and it's still easy to see how all of the principal parts fit together. With all sorts of sensors and software helping to drive the modern automobile, viewing the internal combustion engine in its purely mechanical form is still fascinating. Related Video:
