You are bidding on a 1979 Chevy Camaro Z28
Ok so I got this car from a guy who owed me money and haven't had it very long maybe a month? I dont know much about the car because I did not own the car. When I got the Camaro it needed a clutch really bad so it has a brand new clutch (1 week old). However whoever did the clutch put the cables on backwards for the shifter so 1st is where 2nd is at and vice versa but all other gears are where they should be. Its an easy fix!!!
The guy who gave me the Camaro said it has this:
Chevy 350 Motor Bored .30 over w/400 crank (Low Miles)
Holly Carb/Edelbrock Intake
4 speed Muncie Transmission
Longtube Headers
T-Tops
Brand new drag radial tires on rear
Fairly new chrome racing rims
Has a beefed up rear end with suspension parts???
It comes with a buncha extra parts for Camaro in the trunk
I cannot verify all the info above that's just what he told me so vehicle is being sold as is no refunds!!!
What I do know from driving it and my personal work is:
New Clutch, Pressure Plate, & Clutch Fork
Engine Runs Great & Is very fassstttt!!!! Trust me
Transmission shifts great no problems
Rears tires look brand new front could be replaced
Needs interior work but has speedometer and other guages.
NO MAJOR RUST AT ALL!!!
This could be a great car and is very fun to drive I was just thinking of keeping it for myself!!! lol
Please ask any and all questions before bidding I can send more pics or videos just let me know??? Camaro is being Sold AS IS!!!

2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray convertible headed for Geneva debut
Mon, 28 Jan 2013While most of the world is still coming down from all the hype surrounding the debut of the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this month, we're already looking to the future. And according to Autoweek, the next chapter in the C7 story will unfold at the Geneva Motor Show in March. That's right, General Motors is reportedly using the Swiss stage as its venue to debut the Corvette Stingray convertible.
If this strikes you as odd, you aren't alone. After all, with a car that's such an American icon, we'd fully expect Chevrolet to unveil it here on our shores in either Chicago or New York. But according to Autoweek, GM is looking to boost export sales of its halo car, and since the C7 was engineered to compete with the world's best and brightest, showing it off in Geneva is somewhat of a smart move. What's more, those with sharp memories will recall that GM used the Geneva expo to debut the sixth-generation C6 Corvette convertible back in March 2004, so there's also a precedent.
Details surrounding the Corvette Stingray convertible are still slim, though we fully expect the 6.2-liter V8 and choice of either six-speed automatic or seven-speed manual transmissions to carry over unchanged. Prototypes spotted on the road showed the car fitted with a cloth convertible roof, as well.
Man surprises girlfriend with C7 Corvette
Mon, 07 Oct 2013How would you react if someone just showed up at your place of work with a new, 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, complete with all the trimmings? While a lot of us would likely be flipping out over the still rare sports car, it's a fair bet many more of us would be responding like Pattie here, whose boyfriend stopped by her work to show her her new C7.
Speechless and shocked as she seems, she does end up taking it out for a drive, despite claiming she wasn't really outfitted to handle the car's seven-speed manual transmission at the time. From the sound of the video, we got the impression that she knew the car was coming, just not that it was anywhere near ready for delivery. It also, as Pattie says, seems like her boyfriend is more excited about the car than she (which, can we blame him?). Take a look down below for the full video of this C7 Stingray delivery.
GM won't pay owners of recalled cars for lost value
Thu, 12 Jun 2014Kenneth Feinberg, the man in charge of the General Motors compensation fund dealing with the its widespread ignition switch woes, has issued an informal, two-letter response to the plaintiffs in more than 70 lawsuits seeking redress for lost resale value of their Cobalts: "No." The cases were recently combined into one, but Feinberg told The Detroit News that the fund will deal "only with death and physical injury claims," and that "perceived diminished value" will get no consideration.
ALG, the firm specializing in establishing residual values, determined that Cobalt owners had lost $300 compared to the segment competition and doesn't envision any long-term effects from the recall situation. Feinberg's statement comes in advance of public details on how the compensation fund will work and adheres to GM's long-held position on the matter. The company has already asked a judge to throw out such suits using the pre-bankruptcy defense, even as it stopped using that defense in cases of injury and death.
With plenty of potential gain from the GM suit, however, don't expect the plaintiffs to give up yet. When Toyota was sued for the same reason during the unintended acceleration debacle, it eventually settled the case for between $1 billion and $1.4 billion just to get it over with. Since the 85 law firms involved in the Toyota litigation took home more than $250 million of that total, we shouldn't expect the attorneys to give up on a GM payout, either.
