2009 CHEVROLET COLORADO LT CREW CAB 4X4
Low Miles - We Finance - We Ship - We Take Trades
Call Bob @ 815-777-2777 or Alex @ 815-777-4477

You are viewing our 2009 Chevrolet Colorado LT Crew Cab we originally got in on trade from the original owner back in 2011. We then resold this nice truck to the previous owner who was a retired gentleman who unfortunately became ill after buying it and put on less than 500 miles on the truck. The reason we have the truck back is we bought it from his estate a few weeks ago since they had no need from the truck. We have looked the truck over and did service work such as replace a battery over the previous few years. This is a very rare find truck with the low miles on it and is well equipped with a bedliner and a bed cover. The LT package on this truck came with the chrome wheels, cloth interior, power windows & locks, cruise, and door sill guards. We would estimate that there is approximately 75% of the tire tread still remaining. We do have this truck for sale locally and reserve the right to end the auction early should the truck sell. Please call Bob @ 815-777-2777 with any and all questions from 9am to 9pm Central Time.

We will accept trade in's on this truck. We require at least 10 pictures, the VIN, picture of the odometer, and a very detailed description.

We do offer financing through a variety of lenders, we decide which lenders who to send your application to based on who will provide you the best rate and terms, and we do offer GUARANTEED CREDIT APPROVAL!

We do offer open and enclosed shipping as well from coast to coast, call us for a low cost quote!

Residents in the state of Illinois will be required to pay all applicable tax, title, and license charges. All out of state buyers will be charged $219 in fees which covers the cost of the auction, documentations, a 30 day temporary tag, and any postage.

Tarantino's stolen Chevy Malibu from Pulp Fiction recovered after 19 years [w/video]

Mon, 29 Apr 2013

Quentin Tarantino fans will likely remember Vincent Vega's cherry 1964 Chevrolet Malibu Convertible in Pulp Fiction. In a movie drenched in automotive references, the Malibu is very nearly a character in and of itself, and it serves as the subject of Vega's soliloquy about the kind of man who vandalizes another's automobile. It also happened to be Tarantino's personal car when the film was shot, and was apparently stolen shortly after production wrapped. Now police have located the car some 19 years later.
As it turns out, the thieves cloned the vehicle identification number from another '64 Malibu and had the car registered under the new digits. It was then sold to an unsuspecting buyer. Police happened upon the duplicate VINs while investigating another potential theft. Right now, it's unclear whether Tarantino has taken possession of the Chevrolet, if it has remained in the possession of the fraud victim, or whether it's caught somewhere in the gears of justice. Either way, you can catch Vega's memorable thoughts on the car keying in the Pulp Fiction clip below. But consider yourself warned: the video contains explicit language as Not Safe For Work as it comes.

Chevy confirms Corvette Stingray Convertible for Geneva

Thu, 07 Feb 2013

Want proof that General Motors has increased global ambitions for its 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray? It's staging the world premiere of the model's convertible variant at the Geneva Motor Show early next month.
As previously rumored, the droptop rendered above will debut at the Swiss show, making its first appearance anywhere on March 5. According to Susan Docherty, president and managing director of Chevrolet, the location makes sense because Corvette "...is an icon that has long been recognized and admired even in countries where it's never officially been offered."
While neither Chevrolet nor the Corvette has a major sales presence in Switzerland, the Bowtie's European headquarters is located in Zurich (about three hours to the northeast of Geneva) and GM has made it clear that it wants to build the Chevrolet brand up across Europe.

Helicopter crashes on Top Gear Korea set while chasing Corvette ZR1

Mon, 11 Feb 2013

The formula of Top Gear Korea is seemingly about the same as it is everywhere else in the world, including the flagship British original: involve interesting cars in fantastical situations with charismatic hosts. That prescription has proved to be pretty reliable over the years, and has lead to some truly memorable and exciting pieces of television.
Something like that was undoubtedly what the Korean producers were after when they lined up this segment - a drag race between a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 and an AH1 Cobra military helicopter. The planners almost certainly did not expect the filming of the segment to go quite as wrong as it actually did, with the helicopter actually crashing into the dirt after the "drag race" had been completed. Thankfully, we're told that no one was seriously injured in the crash, but the footage, in the video below, is pretty damn chilling to watch, nevertheless.
