1969 Camaro SS, was finished rotisserie restoration in 2014. Has a little over 6,000 miles since completion.
Factory X-11 car finished in correct Daytona yellow 76 and black vinyl top. Car originally came with yellow
houndstooth interior, now has black and white houndstooth. Power disc brakes, power steering. Factory AC car that
blows ice cold, 40 degrees. Factory am/fm radio still works as well as added aftermarket stereo tucked away in the
glove box. Factory tach and gauge package. Everything works on this car. Engine is a four bolt main 350 putting out
about 360 horesepower. 11.:1 speed pro pistons, GM pink rods, semi aggressive cam, GM iron heads with 2.02/1.60
valves. Ported and polished bringing the compression closer to 10:5, for running on pump gas. Summit racing roller
rockers, Holley 750 double pumper carb, headers and magnaflow exhaust! This car runs and drive fantastic. Engine is
mated to an Auto Gearhousing close ratio put together as an M-21 with centerforce clutch, GM 12 bolt posi, 3:73
gears with aftermarket axles. Subframe connectors and car is outfitted with energy suspension bushings.

First privately owned Corvette Stingray blitzes 1/4 mile in 12.23 at 114.88 mph
Tue, 01 Oct 2013Chevrolet's latest road rocket, the Corvette Stingray, is a very quick car. If one needs further proof of that, we recommend they take a look at this video from Hennessey of what is claimed to be the first privately owned C7 Corvette to make a pass down the quarter mile. Not just any quarter mile, mind, this black C7 blitzed its way down the tuner's primary testing dragstrip. The Chevrolet ran the quarter in just 12.23 seconds at 114.88 miles per hour. That is a very quick time for a stock car.
Equipped with the Z51 package and a six-speed automatic transmission, not only does the C7 run a solid time, but it does so with little to no drama. That won't last though, as Hennessey will likely return it to its owner with far more power - we just hope they show a drag run of the completed product. GM investing $167m in Spring Hill for new midsize vehicles
Tue, 06 Aug 2013General Motors has announced a large investment in its Spring Hill, Tennessee facility. The former home of Saturn production will be getting a $167 million addition to a previously announced $183 million, to cover a pair of new midsize vehicles. The investment is expected to create 1,800 jobs at the factory.
That $350 million is being divvied up for a pair of programs at Spring Hill. The first will take the bulk of the money ($223 million) and create 1,000 of the 1,800 jobs, while the other will take the remaining $127 million and generate the leftover 800 positions. But GM says the investment will cover "midsize vehicle programs." So what could they be?
The leading candidate in our minds is a new crossover for Buick, called the Anthem, that will slot between the Encore and Enclave, but will be slightly smaller than the Equinox and Terrain. As we've explained, the new model will likely be the first product to sport GM's new D2UX platform, which will eventually replace both the Delta and Theta platforms. Spring Hill is already building the Equinox, so there could be some credence to this theory.
