Orlando, Florida, United States
Hi there, I have a wonderful, good looking and in excellent running condition 1990 chevy cheyenne c/k 2500 utility body truck with a 5.0 v8 gas engine and automatic transmission 2wd. Truck is 2 doors single cab, runs and drive good with extremely LOW MILES of 106,976..A/C blows ICE COLD and interior is in great shape, seat and headliner are like NEW.. These are the toughest chevy truck money can buy in the days when a truck is truck.. Chrome front bumper, rear hitch mounted in the back with a build in plug for your trailer and brake controller inside vehicle cab. Brand new paint job was recently done due to the fact that the orginal paint was peeling and faded(florida hot sunny weather) and the truck look like brand new now. This vehicle has a READING UTILITY BODY which was repainted as well and is in great shape...All doors on vehicle & body open and closed fine.. This is a 2500 series and will be able to handle alot of weight and pull what ever you may need to transport or hitch a trailer. New alternator and battery was replaced a few months back. I am a private seller and if you may have any questions, feel free to call..no texts messages (407)-375-5581. Vehicle is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. More Corvette Stingray Factoids: Vanishing panel gaps and 26-mpg LT1
Thu, 28 Feb 2013During January's Detroit Auto Show, we managed a longer than expected wandering tag-team interview with C7 Corvette chief engineering exec Tadge Juechter (pictured above), and LT1 engine boss Jordan Lee (pictured below). They are, quite honestly, two of the very nicest bigshot lads to ever walk the engineering corridors of an American manufacturer. Both are enthralled by what they're doing for a day job. So are we.
We've followed the pre-sale anticipation for the Chevrolet C7 Corvette Stingray like an Oreck vacuum yanking every speck of dirt from a well-trampled carpet. Everything is reportable and contains a grain of further knowledge about this dramatically important and cheered-for car, as it continues to be pressured into representing all that is superior about the American dream. The Corvette wears one heavy cloak.
So, most of what was talked about has been expertly reported already right here on Autoblog. But, looking through our notes again, both Jeuchter and Lee added facts to the buzzing mix.
GM recalling nearly 4,000 vehicles over airbag concerns
Thu, 31 Jan 2013Four different General Motors vehicles from the 2012 model year are being recalled over a potential airbag issue. The driver's side airbag shorting bar in the 2012 Buick Verano and 2012 Chevrolet Camaro, Cruze and Sonic might make contact with the airbag terminals, even during a crash. If so, the airbag won't deploy when it should, possibly increasing injury to the driver.
The recall is expected to begin on February 13 for the 3,896 units that might be affected. GM will notify owners who can then take their vehicles to dealers to have the airbag coil replaced. A bulletin from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration below has more info.
Watch the live reveal of the 2014 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra [UPDATE]
Thu, 13 Dec 2012UPDATE: The trucks have been revealed. Click here for all of the official details.
As promised, Chevrolet and GMC are offering a live webcast of the world premiere for the all-new 2014 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500. After being teased with spy shots and blurry images like the one above for ages, now is the time to see the trucks in the metal, for real (well, as 'real' as it gets on a webcast, at any rate).
Shift your eyes down just below to see the reveal as it happens, starting at 9:30 AM EST. We anticipate having loads of images full technical information to share after the webcast, too, so truck aficionados should stay tuned. We'll also be bringing you live images of both trucks too, when we see them on the show floor at next month's Detroit Auto Show.
