This is a 1986 Porsche 944 turbo in very nice condition, if you have been wanting one of these cars then believe me that this is one great car !!! The interior is nice with very minor wear, no cracks in the dash and very clean.. The exterior is all factory paint and has not been painted on, it has some rock chip on front that has been touched up, looks beautiful all over and still shines very deep.. This is one 944 turbo you can drive and not spend a dime on.. It has 53,625 miles total and the owner before me drove it very little and spent so much money on this car its hard to believe.. He told me the car didn't need all he done but was something I guess for his mind.. One of those owners whom like for thing to be perfect and something to do, maybe too much money ??? I bought one of these 86 turbo"s new in 86 and had more fun then anything I have owned.. Really great, fast, car that is enjoyable to drive... Some of the things done in the last 1000 miles are, new dunlops ( dire zza z1 tires ) new up graded wheels, all new brakes from front to back, new struts all around, new manifold, pipes, mufflers, tips, everything from front to back, new clutch (everything) new up graded dual remote Bluetooth cd, also cd changer in back, air conditioner up graded and serviced, new rubber seals everywhere (including sunroof,) ON AND ON.. I have a folder with this Porsche and it has all the repairs and parts, I have the books, tools , the factory radio, even a brand new bra still in the box, and more stuff... As I stated if you want a great car that needs nothing to enjoy then here it is, these turbos have been going up in the past couple years and its hard to find one this good, Call or e-mail any Questions and I can be reached at 1-812-514-9578 or cell 812-239-8506, anyone would be proud to own this Porsche !! Thanks George or Penny

Porsche Macan caught completely uncovered
Wed, 31 Jul 2013Porsche is preparing to launch its sub-Cayenne CUV, with a suspected debut at the 2013 Los Angeles International Auto Show, which means we're right about at the point where undisguised models start scampering around the cities and towns of Germany. Our spy photographers snagged just such a model, with only the headlights and taillights concealed by camouflage (no, those comically large lamps aren't a production item).
The undisguised car looks like a tiny Cayenne. Not really surprising, we know, but it's impressive to see how the Cayenne's styling works with the smaller proportions of the Macan. It looks squat, athletic and poised, like it's a small, "sporty" crossover we'd actually want to drive. Both the Macan and the Macan Turbo are shown, with the more powerful model sporting a set of quad exhausts.
The only big questions now concern the shape of the lights and the interior. From the photos, we can see a rough outline of the headlights, although the taillights are more difficult to discern. The interior remains a mystery.
2014 Porsche Cayman S

In the interest of full disclosure and a bit of bloodletting, allow me to admit that while I've always coveted the Porsche Boxster and its hard-hatted Cayman cousin, I've never really warmed to them visually. They've always had a certain push-me, pull-you, can't-decide-which-way-they're-going aesthetic that I've never really wrapped my head around. Porsche achieved the same thing with the original 550 Spyder's overturned bathtub bodyshell that would come to inspire the Boxster, but somehow that classic's even more symmetrical nature works for me. Fast-forward to this third generation, and at least for this enthusiast, Porsche's manchild has well and truly come of age as a design.
It's all there - a piercing stare thanks to squircle headlamps inspired by the 918 Spyder hypercar, newfound directional thrust afforded by a longer wheelbase and elongated greenhouse, and muscular rear haunches with a wider stance emphasized by larger side ductwork and snubbed overhangs. The body's teardrop shape terminates with an active spoiler that integrates into a gorgeous arc with the taillamps like a budding ducktail nod to 1973 911 Carrera RS. Despite casting a longer shadow than its predecessor, the 2014 Cayman still looks tidily proportioned, smooth and wieldy, the perfect skipping stone to ricochet down a canyon river road.
Porsche 911 2.7 RS values up by nearly 700% in the last 10 years [w/video]
Thu, Jan 1 2015These days if you have a wad of cash to invest in a classic car, Ferrari seems to be the best option. Hagerty's price index for the Italian supercars was up 43 percent in 2014, and Prancing Horses made up eight of the highest-selling vehicles at auction for the year. However, if you really want to watch your funds grow faster than practically any other legal investment, it might be worth setting your sights north of Maranello to Porsche in Germany. According to research from the Discovery Channel, the 1973 Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 RS is the quickest-appreciating vehicle in the past decade, at least in the UK. In 2004, prices hovered around 65,000 pounds ($101,350 in current money), but buying one today would set you back over 500,000 pounds ($779,600). Rarer lightweight models go for even more. More than just a solid investment, buyers get what is considered to be the ultimate expression of the early 911. Built as a homologation special for racing, Porsche used the classic tactic of fitting a larger engine to boost power to about 210 horsepower while simultaneously cutting weight. A lower front air dam, extended fenders for wider wheels and ducktail spoiler at the back made sure the grip, aero and styling fit the motorsports attitude. You can get a brief taste of what it's like to drive one of these rare Porsches in the video from The Telegraph below. This one is even for sale, with an ambitious price of around 600,000 pounds ($935,000), and it also features legendary racer Derek Bell's autograph on the ashtray. Hopefully the car's eventual buyer remembers that the RS is a fantastic piece to drive, too, and stretches its legs every once in a while.
