Here is a video of the car starting and running. It's about 50 degrees out and this is a cold start, first start in about 2 weeks since I took it out if storage.

I have nowhere to store the car this winter. I am looking to sell the car or possibly trade it. I am interested in bikes also because they dont take up much space. Car currently needs 1 fuel injector replaced. Easy cheap job, still runs and drives, just has a miss on that cylinder, I currently have that injector unplugged. I don't have the time or extra space with winter almost here. I need the storage space for my 2 show trucks. She needs to go unfortunately. Bring on cash or possibly trade and take her home.
She is a 1992 300zx z32 with 67k on it. This car has never been beat on or messed with or riced out. Adult owned as well. The only additions to the car are softer stickier rear tires and an aftermarket CD player. Otherwise just like they rolled off of the Nissan floor. Car is in great shape with no rust and only one bad scratch/ding on the passenger door that isn't terrible. The rest of the car is great. Interior is pretty much mint as well. Runs and drives great. Keep in mind this is not a brand new car but a 21 year old car with minimal wear and and mileage. Its considered a classic and a collectors item. This car still books out at 7200 on nada in average shape with average miles. This one is in great shape with low low miles and over 10k in excellent shape. I am open to cash offers and trade offers as well. All trades looked at but nothing stupid. I am most interested in bagged lifted or boosted rides. I don't want any projects or anything that needs anything and isn't ready to drive now. I cannot travel either. Car is no longer plated or insured other than storage insurance, so car has to be viewed and picked up here in Akron, Ohio. Thanks for looking. Any questions or offers just hit me up.

Car is also listed on several other sites and locally so I reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time in the event of a sale elsewhere.

Nissan prices replacement Leaf battery at $5,500

Fri, Jun 27 2014

The battery pack is the single most expensive component in a plug-in vehicle and, until now, figuring out the cost to replace one has been a bit of a mystery. Last year, Nissan tried a $100/month price for a new battery in its popular Leaf, but was loudly criticized for that attempt. Today, Nissan is changing gears with a big announcement regarding the price of a new pack for your Nissan Leaf: $5,500 to buy. With an asterisk. Nissan's Brian Brockman, writing at My Nissan Leaf, announced that Nissan Leaf replacement batteries are now available to purchase at certified Leaf dealers in the US at a suggested retail price of $5,499. These packs are the ones found in 2015 Leaf models, which are similar to the ones the Leaf has always had, just with a different, better battery chemistry. To buy a new pack, you need to give Nissan your original battery pack (which Nissan says will be recycled and has a value of $1,000) and the $5,500 "does not include tax, installation fees or an installation kit required for 2011 and 2012 vehicles." That kit costs around $225. A $100/month financing program will still be available (details will be made available later) but now it will have an end date and the driver will own the pack at the end of the payment process. All replacement packs will have the same eight-year, 100,000-mile warranty as the battery in a new Leaf. You can read Brockman's full statement below or over on My Nissan Leaf. Ever since the Leaf entered the market in late 2010, Nissan has been dealing with degrading battery issue, both as a real thing (in warm climates like Arizona) and as a worry in the mind of potential customers. Now that we know how much it'll cost to get a new pack, we can calculate that the overall cost for a new 24-kWh pack is now officially $6,500. That means the price to a customer is less than $270-per-kWh. That's quite low compared to some early estimates, right on target with others and a very big deal for EV shoppers and drivers out there. Hi all: I'm happy to be back to provide a long-awaited update on the Nissan LEAF battery replacement plan. Last year, I posted preliminary details of the program that we'd created based on early survey data, and it led to spirited discussion (and very vocal criticism). So we went back to the drawing board with your comments and the ongoing guidance of the LEAF Advisory Board.

PickupTrucks.com's latest test results in a familiar winner [w/video]

Wed, 19 Jun 2013

PickupTrucks.com has gone and thrown the latest batch of half-ton pickups into a cage match to see who would come out on top. The site put the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, 2013 Ford F-150, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra and Nissan Titan through a battery of tests. Those included 0-60 miles per hour acceleration, 60-0 mph deceleration, fuel economy, a hill climb, and payload and towing. They even threw the rigs on an autocross course to evaluate overall handling. Each truck was given points based on how it scored in each evaluation.
Who came out on top? Somewhat surprisingly, the 2013 Ford F-150 walked away with the gold, though fewer than 50 points separated first and fourth place. Head over to PickupTrucks.com to read the full evaluation and the final results. You may be shocked to see exactly where some of the segment's newest additions placed. You can also watch a video on the test below.

Asking price for Paul Walker's GT-R from Fast & Furious nearly triples [w/video]

Tue, 17 Dec 2013

The German owner of the only Nissan Skyline GT-R to survive filming Fast & Furious (a.k.a., The Fast and the Furious 4) has put his car up for sale following the death of Paul Walker, Yahoo Autos reports. The original sale price was reportedly an already hefty 300,000 euros ($412,110), but it has since been raised to 1,000,000 euros ($1.37 million).
Despite many well-intentioned efforts, the Skyline GT-R was (and still is) illegal to import for street use in the US, so this R34-generation GT-R and seven others were shipped here without engines and classified as kit cars to sidestep federal law. Once here, the engines were installed, and seven street-legal GT-Rs proceeded to be destroyed during the filming of F&F. But one car, the "hero" car for sale here, was driven by Walker in non-violent scenes and thus is the only GT-R that survived filming.
Then, in July 2009, the federal government cracked down on importers of these cars, seizing almost 50 GT-Rs, including this one, telling owners to export them or risk having them destroyed. The hero GT-R was therefore exported, and its whereabouts have been unknown until recently, when the current German owner allowed it to be featured in a review (watch the German-language video below). You can see the online ad (also German) of the heavily modified GT-R here, where it sits proudly with its sky-high price tag.
