This is a good car and a great value for someone looking for a nice early model car that is still in good shape but needs a couple repairs. It was wrecked and the hood was damaged as well as the radiator busted however it did not overheat and the engine still runs and the car is driveable around the lot or yard. The interior in this car is pristine! It looks almost brand new, no tears in the seats and no stains in the carpet, it is truly a shame that this car was wrecked because had it not have been it would be a collectors item. All 4 tires are in good shape and the original blue Mercedes emblem hub caps are all 4 with the car as well as an extra one. The car is extremely clean and the paint is in amazing shape for its age, except for the wrecked hood and some fading on the roof. The engine has slight rust but that is expected on a car of this age. It only has 141,311 original miles and those were accumulated very slowly over a 28 year period. With a few parts such as a hood and radiator and possibly a few more this car can be made like new again. This is an amazing deal that wont be around for long and likely wont come along again. Forza Horizon announces January Recaro Car Pack with LFA N"urburgring Edition

Highlights from the Goodwood Festival of Speed, including the McLaren P1 and a Ford Transit running the hill
Mon, 15 Jul 2013The sole purpose of this post is as a time-waster, and since you shouldn't have to work to waste time, we've done it for you. In the numerous videos below you'll find cars that have lately been in the news tramping all over the grounds of Lord March's estate in Goodwood, England.
There's the McLaren P1 heading up the hill, the Jaguar Project 7, then a casually-driven Porsche 917 followed by an even-more-casually-driven Porsche 956, topped off by a Porsche 936 that is anything but casually driven. The next round is the flame-spitting Peugeot 405 T16 Pikes Peak from Climb Dance, a camera mounted on the Peugeot RCZ R after it showing you what the whole, uninterrupted run up the hill looks like. For a real head-turner, we couldn't embed it but there's Andy Reid blasting up the hill in a Ford Transit Supervan with a Cosworth 3000 V6 engine.
The modern racing contingent has Allan McNish doing the hill in the Audi R18 e-tron quattro he used to win Le Mans and Lewis Hamilton making lots of tire smoke in the Mercedes-AMG Petronas MGP-W02. For comparison, that's followed by Nick Heidfeld's record-setting run up the hill in 1999 in the McLaren MP4/14 . The classic racing contingent is headlined by 71-year-old Giacomo Agostini on an MV Agusta.
Mercedes-Benz killing Maybach in 2013, replacing with S600 Pullman
Fri, 25 Nov 2011According to an unnamed Mercedes-Benz source speaking with AutoWeek, the German automaker is killing off its Maybach line in 2013.
The unsurprising news comes after the brand was resurrected in 2002, but failed to meet sales expectations with its two core models, the Maybach 57 and 62. Further solidifying its fate, a deal with Aston Martin to aid in the development of future Maybachs fell through earlier this year.
According to the AutoWeek insider, the plan is to continue to sell both Maybach models through the end of 2013, after which the fifth-generation S-Class will go on sale. When that happens, three new variants of the S-Class will be available, including an all-new, range-topping S600 that brings back the Pullman moniker and may be better suited to competing with the likes of Bentley and Rolls-Royce.
