I present to you a unique one of a kind Stylish Mercedes-Benz Luxury Sedan. This style Mercedes is famous and everyone recognises it from the movie "The Hangover". Allthought this is not the convertible model its also not 100,000$. The car runs good and last was registered in the late 80'S from what I found in the glove box. Car was painted probably around that time too since I see that all but the rear panel where the tail lights go was painted. Car has no rot just a little surface rust here and there and all undercarriage is original. No covered up rust nothing ever repaired. All seals are original and no rust was fixed on the car ever. This car suposibly came from arisona there for it has a perfectly healthy body. from pictures you can see all original underbody and engine compartement that was never painet and shows little very little age. I had the car inspected for any post accident repairs and nothing was discovered. cars frame was never straightened, repaired, welded or painted since it came out the factory. Car is equipped with stock radio, tires must've been changed recently because there is no wear on them at all. Car has new door seals, new floor mats, and a completelly redone wood dashboard. Air conditioning works very COLD!! and has been serveiced recently. All wood in the car was carefully removed and refinished and It took my body shop 5 days to do it. I wont even mention the bill for that but it was necesary to redo the wood because it needs to be maintained and preserved. All electrical work but the Gas gauge as far as i know. Also the oil pressure hose to the speedometer has been disconnected due to a leaky hose. Car has No visible leaks and Many seals have been replaced in front of the engine. Good alternator and Battery. Lights all work. Good brakes recently maintained. Comes with a box of spare parts I havent had time to dig through but I noticed 2 spare carburators there and other misc. Parts. all chrome is in very good condition and all original never redone. I drive the car to work somethimes to stretch its legs. together mechanically and estetically its a 8.5 out of 10 considering its very original and not restored you might give it a 9 where 10 would be bought and never driven. car mustve been stored in a dry place for very long for it to be in this good of a shape.

The door seals have some orange brownish glue on them where the rubber molding goes that you step on. Dont mistake it for rust I shouldve cleanned that off with some paint thinner or something. I did not notice it untill I took the pictures from low angle. I did that to show that doors are not rusted on the bottoms.

Aston Martin and Mercedes-AMG formalize technical partnership
Thu, 19 Dec 2013The development of a partnership between Mercedes-Benz and Aston Martin has been a long time coming. The news dates back to 2008, and over the five years since was supposed to lead to a rejuvenation of both the Maybach and Lagonda brands. That program ultimately fell apart, but the tie-in was forged afresh in July when the two automakers signed a letter of intent over a renewed partnership. And now that partnership has been formalized.
In a deal just announced, Mercedes-AMG will build a new V8 engine for Aston Martin that will power a new generation of luxury GTs for the British marque, presumably to replace the 4.7-liter V8 in the Vantage. The relationship appears to be similar to the one already in place between AMG and Pagani, only in this case, will involve Daimler taking as much as a five-percent stake in Aston Martin and an observer seat on Aston's board.
The technical partnership is also set to lead to the supply of electric and electronic systems, and could incorporate "additional areas of cooperation in the future." Whether that will include a fresh attempt at reviving Lagonda remains to be seen, as does the future of Aston's long-serving, Ford-based 6.0-liter V12 engine. 2015 Mercedes C-Class order guide leaked
Wed, 23 Apr 2014We may not have an official starting price for the 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class, but as of right now, we can tell you about all the options for the eagerly anticipated new luxury sedan.
Benz Report has the entire order guide for the C-Class, with breakdowns from package pricing to how many different colors, wheel designs and lighting configurations will be available when the new model hits dealers later this year. As we mentioned in our initial review of the C-Class, there will be a pair of engine options, with the now familiar 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder available in both rear- and all-wheel-drive configurations and a 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V6, which can be had in all-wheel drive, only.
From there, though, the available options are impressive. Much like it does on the current car, Mercedes is offering a pair of packages that sort of define the entire car. With the C300, buyers will have the choice of either a Sport or Luxury package in addition to the base trim, while C400 buyers are limited to the Sport model.

Wed, 20 Feb 2013Maybe you saw our recent blog snippet on a bunch of US journos getting pulled over in the middle of nowhere in Catalunya, Spain for driving a bunch of new 2014 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG models. By all accounts, they weren't speeding - which makes me softly guffaw. I was there in that group, yet I had taken the more direct route into the mountains from Barcelona so that I could... well, so that I could go faster. No one hassled me and I had the Autovia all to myself. And it was the goodniks - the team players - who got nabbed because Spain had decided to suddenly enforce the never enforced "must carry an international driver's license" clause of the highway code.
The departing E63 AMG with 518 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque from its M157 5.5-liter biturbo V8 hasn't exactly been poorly received. It isn't as crisp as, nor as pleasantly evil as its C63 AMG kid brother, but we generally accept that the heavier and larger car will always feel, well, heavier and larger.
As part of the 2014 E-Class mid-cycle redesign, Affalterbach decided to give its E63 AMG more power and torque for the occasion. The base car now gives off 550 hp and 531 lb-ft, while the hotter S version I tested (formerly the AMG Performance Pack) produces 577 hp and 590 lb-ft. The other big novelty is that E63 sedans will be available with both rear- and all-wheel drive, while all US-spec E63 wagons will be 4Matic equipped.
