Runs and Drives Perfect

This is a 2002 Lexus SC430
38,900 Actual
LOW miles (Same as 2010 Model). This has the Rare Coach Leather with the
pearl white which was special edition. This was bought from an insurance
company. This was "deemed" a flood car. There was zero water in it. At
most a window down. We did nothing to this car. We feel the damage on
the right rear and rear deck lid was the reason. This needs the right
rear and deck lid scratches damage repaired.
Everything works Perfect. The top works PERFECT. The car drives perfect
and mechanically perfect. This will drive
to California today. A couple things, The rear trunk lid shocks
need replaced (to hold up trunk lid when getting something out of the
trunk), a speaker needs replaced, This has one key with no remote
(check ebay $50), bottom edge of bumper is scuffed as in the pics. This
is a super nice CLEAN SC430. This has COLD AC. You wont find a SC430
with this low miles. This was garaged kept
as seen by the nice headlights are not faded and look new. This drives great. The top works perfect.
The tires are ok about 60% (I think they are run flats). Drives
like a new car and very smooth. This car was $63,000 new. There
will be a $200 fee added to the winning bid for a dealer fee.
This is sold with a clear
regular salvage title. We can provide a regular clean clear "rebuilt"
inspected title for an extra $190.
Folks ask why this has a
salvage title. The insurance companies give all cars that are paid out a
salvage title to release
liability. Even if you leave the window down and make a claim most
of the time it is paid off to release liability to the insurance
company. Another example of salvage title is a theft car with zero
damage which gets a salvage also.

Buyer is responsible for
understanding the title requirements
in your state before bidding.
If this is a listing of a salvage
title it can easily be
cleaned in any state. After the work
has been completed the state
inspects the vehicle and issues a
rebuilt title. Check your state for
instruction on cleaning a title.
***
If you chose for us to help assist you and provide a "rebuilt" title for the
$190 you must first pay in full for the vehicle. We then submit the title
to the state of AL. It takes about 10 days for the State Inspector to come out
to inspect the VIN (which takes 60 seconds). On the day he comes out then we can
release the vehicle for transport or you can pick it up. The title then arrives
10 days after the inspection date which will send to you. The vehicle would then
need to be picked up in Huntsville, AL which is where it would be inspected.
This "rebuilt" title is taggable on the spot and treated like a normal title.
Some states will make the rebuilt title be re-inspected to verify VIN.

In this episode of the Autoblog Podcast, Editor-in-Chief Greg Migliore is joined by Associate Editor Byron Hurd for a packed hour of Rolls-Royce, Infiniti, Lexus and early Dodge Viper content. The two start by talking about what they've been driving, kicking off with the 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser Lexus LX 600, followed by stores from Greg's road trip in an Infiniti QX55. From there, it's on to the $485,000 Rolls-Royce Ghost Black Badge that Byron was loaned for a weekend lake cottage getaway. After that, they celebrate Autoblog Podcast #718 with some Porsche Cayman and Boxster anecdotes, followed by Byron's used vehicle spotlight on the early Dodge Viper. Autoblog Podcast #718 Get The Podcast Apple Podcasts – Subscribe to the Autoblog Podcast in iTunes Spotify – Subscribe to the Autoblog Podcast on Spotify RSS – Add the Autoblog Podcast feed to your RSS aggregator MP3 – Download the MP3 directly Rundown Cars we're driving 2022 Lexus LX 600 2022 Infiniti QX55 2022 Rolls-Royce Ghost Black Badge Used Vehicle Spotlight1992-2002 Dodge Viper Feedback Email – Podcast@Autoblog.com Review the show on Apple Podcasts Autoblog is now live on your smart speakers and voice assistants with the audio Autoblog Daily Digest. Toyota's sales seem to have rebounded from the unintended acceleration issues from 2009 and 2010, but the automaker is far from done dealing with this situation. Following a settlement worth up to $1.4 billion for economic loss to affected vehicle owners, Toyota has settled rather than going to trial in a wrongful death lawsuit stemming from an accident in Utah in 2010 that left two passengers dead. This isn't the first case in which Toyota has settled, but it was the first among a consolidated group of cases being held in Santa Ana, CA.
According to The Detroit News, this case was scheduled to take place next month, and it was for a November 2010 incident in which Paul Van Alfen and Charlene James Lloyd were killed in a Camry when, based on findings by the Utah Highway Patrol, the accelerator got stuck causing the car to speed out of control and hit a wall; the terms of the settlement were not announced.
The article says that while Toyota will settle on some cases, it doesn't plan on settling on all of them as it still wants to be able to "defend [its] product at trial." This will probably be the case in suits claiming that software for the drive-by-wire accelerator was the cause of an accident in a Toyota or Lexus vehicle. The question of whether or not the electronic accelerator played any role in this problem has been a hot-button topic since the beginning. Toyota has issued recalls in the past to attempt to prevent unintended acceleration caused by trapped floor mats and faulty accelerator pedals, but it also says driver error was to blame in some instances.
