F350 SUPER DUTY 2WD SUPER CAB WORK TRUCK W/WORK BOX - V10 6.8L TRITON GAS ENGINE. I HAVE TITLE IN HAND - NO LIENS ON THIS VEHICLE! CONDITION: TRUCK DOES RUN AND DRIVES FINE. This truck was previously owned by an aviation chemical company. The truck has some corrosion under the work box from where chemicals were spilled. Main brake line is corroded and vehicle currently has no brakes. The other lines appear to be fine with no corrosion. From what I can see, there is no major damage to the undercarriage of the truck, but the frame of the work box has corrosion. Latch on work box needs repair...can be opened with a screwdriver currently. Truck also has damage to the driver side door and one of the fog lights. A few minor rust spots. Gas filler neck has a slight leak near opening. Paint chipping in some spots. Needs paint job. No tailgate or bed. FEATURES: Basic truck...no power windows or locks. Cassette Player. Work Box is very useable and has been outfitted with 3/4" plywood since the floor is corroded out. Work Box has a ton of storage space and the top compartments are accessible from inside the box as well. Inside box has plenty of payload space for larger items. Truck has a reverse beep alarm. KBB Value for Fair Condition on this truck with bed and tailgate is $5500 HISTORY: 3RD Owner. I purchased this from a city police officer. SHIPPING AND PAYMENT: LOCAL PICK UP ONLY. I accept Paypal or cash in person only unless you message me first. PickupTrucks.com's latest test results in a familiar winner [w/video]
Wed, 19 Jun 2013PickupTrucks.com has gone and thrown the latest batch of half-ton pickups into a cage match to see who would come out on top. The site put the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, 2013 Ford F-150, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra and Nissan Titan through a battery of tests. Those included 0-60 miles per hour acceleration, 60-0 mph deceleration, fuel economy, a hill climb, and payload and towing. They even threw the rigs on an autocross course to evaluate overall handling. Each truck was given points based on how it scored in each evaluation.
Who came out on top? Somewhat surprisingly, the 2013 Ford F-150 walked away with the gold, though fewer than 50 points separated first and fourth place. Head over to PickupTrucks.com to read the full evaluation and the final results. You may be shocked to see exactly where some of the segment's newest additions placed. You can also watch a video on the test below.
2014 Ford Fiesta Titanium
Mon, 28 Oct 2013You might not be interested in owning a subcompact (B-segment) hatchback for $20,000. Let's be clear from the get go here: there are any number of reasonable arguments for staying away from the highest-content versions of these small cars. Ford's player in the B-segment arena is the newly updated 2014 Fiesta, and the Titanium trim represents the most luxurious instantiation of the model. We recently were loaned a Fiesta Titanium for a week, whose final sticker price hit $20,390, with navigation being the only standalone option added to the bottom line. By way of comparison, the most basic version of the all new, one-segment-up Mazda3 hatchback costs $19,740 with delivery and destination accounted for, and no options added on.
Hold on to that thought for a moment, we'll get back to it.
