Chevrolet C/k Pickup 3500 Camper Special Dually on 2040-cars
Ocala, Florida, United States
1987 Chevrolet Crew Cab Dually, that is a factory original 3+3 Camper Special. This designation is the one that is sought after if your looking to tow, as it is factory built to do so. It has a 454 Big Block, with a almost new 4bbl carb, aluminum intake, full headers, and a distributor. This means no computers, no electronic, nothing to hinder or cause problems. Its backed by a turbo 400 automatic transmission, and a dually rear end. The paint is very nice and shiny, with the usual small bubbles under it in the trouble areas like around the windshield and bottom of the doors. This is not a rust bucket, but almost 30 years old. It does have an all steel cowl induction hood, as well as a Western Hauler all plate steel rear bed. The tires are good, brakes are good, exhaust is good, and all the lights work as they should. It runs well, drives good down the road.

Survey says $25k barrier is a problem for EVs
Sun, 01 Dec 2013
The majority of consumers are more or less priced out of the market.
Electric cars are gaining popularity with the general public, but are they still too expensive? According to a survey 1,084 consumers by Navigant Research, a consulting firm located in Boulder, CO, 71 percent want their next car to cost under $25,000, while 41 percent won't go a cent above $20K. Looks like people are even thriftier than we'd originally thought.
Chevy shows much-improved 2014 Corvette interior in new video
Mon, 11 Feb 2013If you want a closer look at what went into designing and building the interior for the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette, we've got just the thing. General Motors has released a new video detailing the cabin's evolution from conception to execution, complete with commentary from Ryan Vaughn, performance car interior design manager with Chevrolet. The quick clip details how manufacturing, engineering and design within General Motors worked together from the first sketches to ensure no compromises had to be made later down the line. How novel.
With plenty of hides traced with contrast stitching and available real carbon fiber trim, the cabin looks to be a few hundred miles ahead of the C6. Given how readily critics derided the previous generation for its cabin, the C7 should make writers work a little harder to find something to complain about. Check out the video below for yourself.
2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Convertible is the track car for sun worshippers

Supercharged, 6.2-liter V8? Check. Seven-speed manual? Check. Obsession with weight? Check.
What did you expect when Chevrolet said it was bringing a new Corvette variant to the 2014 New York Auto Show? Maybe a sticker and trim package, like the C6 Corvette Grand Sport or a tie-in deal like the Black Widow car from Chicago? On the opposite end, maybe there was an even more hardcore Z06 waiting in the wings. Who knew?
