1952 chevy standard cab 3/4 ton dually flat bed...This truck is a great father son / daughter project really only needing minor tinkering to be roadworthy . the old truck had a good amateur restoration in the early 80s .. The gentleman did it has since passed and the truck had set for some years without really being used . IT COULD USE SOME REDOING ON SOME THINGS BUT NOTHING REALLY MAJOR ,, The engine sounds good but the lifters need adjusted they clatter some , the brakes pump up but need to be bled . It has been wired 12 volt has newer alternator on it . It will need 1 window glass and 1/2 windshield as they are cracked but still in truck. I have put in new battery and cables new plugs rotor dist cap , points and plugs and rebuilt carb , ,, I have run it out of gas can because im sure the tank needs to be pulled and boiled out just to be safe . .. It has a really cool short flatbed and dually rear tires on it . this little truck would make a great advertising piece or just cool old truck to play with , without costing an arm and a leg to do it ... any questions please give me a call my name is Rich my no is 314 704 4210

When it comes to technology used in racecars, we generally expect it to trickle down to production cars, not the other way around. Well, Pratt & Miller has developed a new rear-facing radar that operates in a similar fashion to what we're used to in modern blind spot detection systems, only it is also capable of tracking cars as they approach and relaying vital information to the driver via a large display screen.
The innovative radar system debuted at last weekend's 12 Hours of Sebring for Corvette Racing, and this system makes perfect sense for endurance races like this since the cars sometimes have to drive through the night and in poor weather conditions.
The radar can detect cars even with poor visibility, and uses easy-to-distinguish symbols for the driver to identify.
