1950 Chevrolet mounted on a 1985 silverado frame, so now has power steering, disk brakes, good running gear. The engine is a 350 that runs good and has a 400 turbo transmission that shifts good. Has new gauges and they work, needs a speedometer cable for the speedometer to work. The truck also has the '85 silverado wiring harness. The headlights and tail lights need installed, the wires are there and labeled for them. Has brand new gas tank and sending unit. Has new door rubbers and interior window cranks but not installed, comes with a factory front bumper and brackets. New oak boards and metal strips in the bed. The body is nice and straight has some rust in the left front rocker area( can be seen in the pic) the floor looks good from under neath , the truck was painted base clear and wet sanded but not buffed out to leave it a semi gloss look . The truck does run and drive good the brakes work but the pedal is stiff probably need bled, and it needs new window regulators. It would not take much work to finish it up. Sold with a Georgia bill of sale and tag receipt, that is all this state gives on vehicles this old and is all you will need to title in other states. I'm not interested in any trades. Chevy shows much-improved 2014 Corvette interior in new video

General Motors has released a new video detailing the cabin's evolution from conception to execution, complete with commentary from Ryan Vaughn, performance car interior design manager with Chevrolet. The quick clip details how manufacturing, engineering and design within General Motors worked together from the first sketches to ensure no compromises had to be made later down the line. How novel.
With plenty of hides traced with contrast stitching and available real carbon fiber trim, the cabin looks to be a few hundred miles ahead of the C6. Given how readily critics derided the previous generation for its cabin, the C7 should make writers work a little harder to find something to complain about. Check out the video below for yourself.
Refreshed 2014 Camaro confirmed for New York debut
Thu, 07 Mar 2013We've already seen leaked specs and potential spy shots, but the refreshed 2014 Chevrolet Camaro will make its official debut at the New York Auto Show in a few weeks.
Besides a tweaked exterior and the possibility of a high-output LS7 under the hood, we really don't know much else about the 2014 Camaro, but here's hoping for an improved interior, too.
In addition to the refreshed Camaro, Chevrolet will also be showing off the recently introduced Chevrolet SS, making its debut on the auto show circuit, and we'll also get our first look at the C7 Corvette coupe and convertible side-by-side.
Indian tuner turns Chevy Optra into Mustang 'Eleanor' replica
Fri, 03 Aug 2012If you are a big fan of automotive oddities, this may come as a little treat. If you are a Shelby or Mustang diehard, prepare to have your sensibilities violated.
The master fabricators at BigDaddyCustoms are the minds behind what you see above. At first, it appears to be a slightly misshapen custom Mustang, modeled after "Eleanor" from Gone In 60 Seconds, but upon further examination, something appears to be amiss. In fact, the custom shop, based in India, has created an Eleanor replica grafted upon a lowly Chevrolet Optra. While it may take a second for the Optra to ring a bell, you should recognize its badge-engineered sibling, the Daewoo Lacetti, used on Top Gear.
We don't know what star would opt for the Reasonably Priced Car in Shelby's clothing, but it's clearly someone more concerned with the aesthetic than the performance credentials of this automotive mash-up.
