1967 Chevrolet Nova Chevy II, 2 door post. NO rust ever. Factory v-8 car with a 3 speed. Radio delete. Was a factory A/C car, but all a/c components have been removed. The 3 speed has been replaced with a Muncie 4 speed with a new Hurst Competition Plus shifter. I replaced the carpet when changing the transmission. The 4 speed hump had been installed just like it would have come from the factory. This car still has the original 283 engine. It has been rebuilt by the previous owner and runs well. I installed a 327-350hp cam a couple months ago to give it a little character. The rear gear is a 3.36 which is what a factory a/c car came with. I put new Wheel Vintiques wheels on it, 15x6 and 15x7 with new Firestone tires. A new 11" front disc conversion will be installed by auction's end. The car has had a color change. The [paint is approximately 28 years old. It still has a very nice shine. There is a scratch on the passenger quarter. The body lines are great. The bumpers are nice. All glass is nice. The car was a factory radio delete, but I have a Pioneer stereo installed. There is no external radio antenna, it has a hidden antenna. The reason for selling is I have found an old Merc. that I would like to buy. The underside of the car is nice, did I forget to mention that this is a no rust ever car? The odometer shows 18827, but it probably is 118827. You may call 979-567-6 three three zero, best after 6pm. I have a clear Texas title in hand. Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future

The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.

Watch this time-lapse build of the Chevy SS for NASCAR

There's only about a week left until we get our first look at the production version of the 2014 Chevrolet SS sedan, but Chevrolet NASCAR teams have been looking at the race version of the car all winter. Autoweek has posted a really neat time-lapse video showing just a portion of what it takes to build one of NASCAR's new Gen6 stock cars.
Though the video is quite brief, it does show almost the entire build process starting with just the car's nose, and it gives us a good look at how integral the template is to the final product. As a bonus, Hendrick Motorsports also provided some videos showing two of its teams performing pit stop tests over the winter. The second video shows some of the more detailed aspects of the racecar's rear end, including the stock-looking trunk cutout and a newly mandated rear bumper extension that will be used on super speedways like Daytona and Talladega.
