This was a solid rust free body when we started this project with all it's original sheet metal and floor pans. The floor pans are all solid with no rust or repairs, new steel cowl hood, new ceramic coated headers and flowmaster exhaust, new 13" disc brake rotors and calipers on the front, new 12" disc brake rotors on the rear, new eibach lowering springs on all for corners, new 2" drop spindles on the front, new polygraphite bushings front and rear, new 11/4 sway bar on front, new AGR quick ratio steering gear box, rebuilt 10 bolt rearend with 342 gears, new 350 crate engine with a bowtie intake, new 700R4 transmission and is getting 26 mpg, new front bumper, back bumper is in excellent shape for being original, new interior throughout the entire car meaning carpet, headliner, seats front and rear, windlace, dash pad, dome light, door panels, new 15" walnut grip steering wheel, new heater core. This car was repainted the original frost green with Dupont chromabase and has new 18" coys all the way around. 18x8 on the front and 18x10 on the rear with new tires which makes this car is an excellent driver and gets more looks than anything else i own.
Absolutely everything on the car is new or has been reconditioned and the reserve is thousands less than i have in it. I don't think you will see or find another wagon like this anywhere.
This car runs and drives awesome and cruise season is just around the corner
Over 30000 was invested in this car and it only has about 100 miles on it since it was finished in january

Chevy confirms Corvette Stingray Convertible for Geneva
Thu, 07 Feb 2013Want proof that General Motors has increased global ambitions for its 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray? It's staging the world premiere of the model's convertible variant at the Geneva Motor Show early next month.
As previously rumored, the droptop rendered above will debut at the Swiss show, making its first appearance anywhere on March 5. According to Susan Docherty, president and managing director of Chevrolet, the location makes sense because Corvette "...is an icon that has long been recognized and admired even in countries where it's never officially been offered."
While neither Chevrolet nor the Corvette has a major sales presence in Switzerland, the Bowtie's European headquarters is located in Zurich (about three hours to the northeast of Geneva) and GM has made it clear that it wants to build the Chevrolet brand up across Europe.
Chevrolet planning low-cost Corvette under Stingray?
Wed, 27 Feb 2013If you're burnt out on musings about the Chevrolet Corvette, you'll want to go ahead and skip this post. Motor Trend reports General Motors is hard at work on a low-cost version of the seventh-generation sports car for 2015. Rumored to be called the Corvette Coupe, the car will forgo the Stingray and skip the 450-horsepower 6.2-liter V8 engine in favor of a 5.3-liter V8 with under 400 ponies. If you're keeping track, that's a shade of the same engine found behind the headlights of the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra.
The report also suggests the Coupe will receive a number of aesthetic tweaks to separate it from the Stingray, including different front and rear fascias as well as new front fenders and a rear diffuser. Motor Trend says the point of all this is to cut the car's price tag, which means we may see a Corvette on showroom floors for less than $50,000 if this car comes to fruition.
