1983 Camaro Z-28 H.O 5.0 L-69 car only 3340 of these was built in 1983 and also it was the first year of the H.O L-69 car factory claims 15.6 sec in a quarter, NO rust HOLES with Borg Warner T-5 5-speed Z-28 5.0H.O edition. Been in a garage since 1996. Very straight and pretty much so ready for paint with prep work. I put a battery (not included in sale) in the car today and poured gas in the carb and it fired right up. Ran and drove strong back before it was put to rest all these years. Not much of a looker in this picture ,but would be a nice restoration project. Refreshed 2014 Camaro confirmed for New York debut

We've already seen leaked specs and potential spy shots, but the refreshed 2014 Chevrolet Camaro will make its official debut at the New York Auto Show in a few weeks.
Besides a tweaked exterior and the possibility of a high-output LS7 under the hood, we really don't know much else about the 2014 Camaro, but here's hoping for an improved interior, too.
In addition to the refreshed Camaro, Chevrolet will also be showing off the recently introduced Chevrolet SS, making its debut on the auto show circuit, and we'll also get our first look at the C7 Corvette coupe and convertible side-by-side.

GM recalling 118K Colorado, Canyon pickups over missing hood latches

General Motors has announced a recall of 118,800 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon pickup trucks due to the possibility of secondary hood latches not being installed at the time of manufacture. The affected vehicles are from the 2010, 2011 and 2012 model years, all of which were built between November 9, 2009 and August 28, 2012.
According to the official National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report, these trucks fail to "comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 113, 'Hood Latch System.' The hood may be missing the secondary hood latch." In other words, owners of these trucks could find their vehicles' hoods opening unexpectedly while driving.
The official recall campaign is expected to begin on January 17, 2013. Dealers will inspect the affected pickups and if a secondary hood latch is not present, one will be installed free of charge. Scroll down to read the official NHTSA report.
