This is a 1972 Chevy pickup 3/4 ton 4x4. 350 turbo 350 automatic np 205 transfer case, Dana 44 front and eaton rear 4:11 gears. power steering and power disc brakes. stock tinted glass. 99% original. Has a 2 inch lift. little rust on top of rockers very straight. Runs and drives good. 3 owner truck with clear Oregon title in hand. has factory blue spicer hubs. new battery alternator and voltage regulator. New Hei and tune up. New belts hoses and coolant.
The bad. Dash has been cut for CD player and doors for 6x9 speakers. needs U joints. valve covers leak. trans seal to transfer case leaks into transfer case. Small rust hole in top of rocker on pass side and some rust under sill plates. do not have front true 4x4 center caps. no air conditioning no tach no tilt.

Deposit of $250 must be received within 48 hours of auction end from PayPal. Then cash on the balance or any form of check must be cleared in my account before truck will leave my possession. GM claims it's first to sell million 30+ mpg vehicles

As we continue to put together all the data for the year-end edition of By The Numbers, General Motors has announced that it sold more than a million vehicles in the US last year that achieved at least 30 miles per gallon on the highway. More impressively, GM managed this feat using multiple strategies including small vehicle size, turbocharged engines and hybrid or plug-in technologies across four brands (Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC) accounting for 13 separate models. This number will grow even more in 2013 thanks to cars like the all-electric Spark, the diesel Cruze, the range-extended Cadillac ELR and the Buick Encore compact CUV.
GM's small car sales were up 39 percent last year helping to attain this million-sales mark for 30-mpg models, and almost 40 percent of all GM sales consisted of cars with fuel-efficient I4 engines. In regards to more advanced means of improving fuel economy, GM says that it plans on having 500,000 vehicles with "some form of electrification" on the road by 2017.

2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Convertible offers a few more views before reveal

Over the weekend, Chevrolet released its first images of the new 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible. Now, ahead of the droptop's official introduction tomorrow at the Geneva Motor Show, the automaker has given us a few more shots of the softop C7 showing off the car's rump albeit from a high, strategically positioned angle.
From this angle, it's hard to get a sense for how long and flat the decklid really is, but we can easily see that, like the rest of the C7's design, the new convertible's decklid and tonneau cover are far more detailed than the current car. We also get a better look at the rear haunches sans brake vents, which have apparently been moved to underneath the car in order to accommodate the top's hard cover.
As for the overall styling of the C7 convertible, with the top erected, we get some idea of what a coupe design (as opposed to the Stingray's fastback shape) would look like on this car. The C5 Corvette most recently had a coupe model that did away with the large glass hatchback, and we recently reported on a low-cost "coupe" model potentially being added to the C7's repertoire.
