I was in the process of restoring this truck. Unfortunately now I have to move do to a job out of state. There has been a ton of work already done to the truck and it looks great. Here is a list of the things I have done to the truck.
-body work-there is no body rust with a few very minor dings. -recent paint job -sprayed in bed liner -new carpet - dual gas tanks (no rust) -brand new nerf bars -power seats -new dual exhausts -new $1500 audio system installed, subs and amps located behind seats (I'm 6'2" and fit well in seat) I wouldn't take too much more to make this a dream truck. If you are looking for a restoration project this truck already has a great start to it. Or it could be used as a good work truck. It just needs a few things to make it a good dependable work vehicle. It needs. -left back leaf spring is broken and needs replaced. (A $60 item at the junk yard.) -gauges don't work (accurate mileage unknown) -needs evaporator core and AC hose Truck can be driven but I wouldn't advise driving too far until leaf spring is fixed. Watch the live reveal of the 2014 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra [UPDATE]

As promised, Chevrolet and GMC are offering a live webcast of the world premiere for the all-new 2014 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500. After being teased with spy shots and blurry images like the one above for ages, now is the time to see the trucks in the metal, for real (well, as 'real' as it gets on a webcast, at any rate).
Shift your eyes down just below to see the reveal as it happens, starting at 9:30 AM EST. We anticipate having loads of images full technical information to share after the webcast, too, so truck aficionados should stay tuned. We'll also be bringing you live images of both trucks too, when we see them on the show floor at next month's Detroit Auto Show.
Corvette Stingray Convertible images mysteriously appear on web, so we add our own
Tue, 22 Jan 2013It was inevitable that we'd see the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray topless at some point, but that didn't make us any less interested when a pair of supposedly leaked official images showed up on theautoinsiderblog.com last week. We posted them on our Facebook page, but held off reporting on them here until we could get a little more information.
Those images, which feature a dark red car on a sterile black studio background, supposedly first appeared on the website of diecast model maker Maisto. A Chevrolet spokesman has been reported saying that they are "not official images released by Chevrolet PR," which isn't a denial they're the real deal, but neither is it a confirmation.
Close examination of the photos suggest they could be official shots of the Corvette Stingray Convertible, and while some have doubted their authenticity due to a lack of vents (which were seen on the C7s that debuted in Detroit last week), it could be that the images are of a base model car without the Z51 package that doesn't require the extra venting and cooling.
