Up for auction is my 1972 Chevy Blazer. It is a true 2wd truck. It has a 454 Big Block Motor with a 350 Turbo tranny. Motor runs good and strong. New headers and exhaust system. I bought this to restore about three years ago and got about 90% there but I have other projects that I am working on. The body is in good shape but will need a paint job eventually. I have replaced the suspension, interior, braking system and all the chrome. Interior is brand new, I went with a black with blue stitching to match exterior color. All of the interior parts such as handles, guages, steering column, radio, speakers, controls, etc are new also. Suspension is on Air Ride. I had Porterbuilt complete front and rear system installed with Accu Air self leveling controls. New tubular control arms, sway bars, c notch and stage 2 rear system. I did not cut any corners on this, everything is sound. It has a brand new set of Coy 20" wheels all the way around. 20x8 in front and 20x10 in rear with Nitto tires. Replaced entire brake system. Disc in front, drums in rear. New lines, slotted rotors, pads, calipers, shoes and drums. I also have the single wall fiberglass top with it. It is white and is in great shape. Chevy Camaro is a good sport, wishes Ford Mustang Happy 50th
Tue, 15 Apr 2014It was 1966 when Chevrolet launched its challenger to the wildly successful Ford Mustang, the Camaro. While the competition between the two brands was already healthy, the arrival of the Camaro set off one of the most intense, model-to-model rivalries in the industry.
That competitive spirit hasn't stopped Chevy and the Camaro from wishing Ford's iconic muscle car a Happy 50th Birthday as the Ford's April 17 anniversary rolls around. These two cars have been linked over the years, and while the rivalry took a break for a few years in the 2000s, today's competition between the Camaro and Mustang is as fierce as it's ever been.
You might recall that this friendliness when it comes to major milestones isn't too rare. Ford put on quite a display for General Motors' hundredth anniversary back in 2008. As the Camaro's fiftieth birthday approaches in 2016, we wouldn't be surprised to see the Mustang sending its best wishes to its Bowtie rival.
Chevy Corvette Stingray "colorizer" lets you chase the rainbow

While Chevrolet has yet to release the official configurator for the 2014 Corvette Stingray, it did give us something else to kill some time playing around with.
The C7 Corvette "colorizer" recently went online, and it lets you look at the car in all of its available colors and wheel options from four different angles so that when this car does go on sale, you know exactly which one you want. It includes the Corvette's full pallet of colors including Torch Red, Laguna Blue and the hue you see above, Velocity Yellow. Toss in the black wheels, and we're sold.
