55 chevy 2dr hdtp. restoration started years ago. body primed and needs finishing and assembling. tons of parts. original, used, new, and repro parts. Car comes with 454 4 bolt main block casting#289. all new engine parts included. Dyers 6-71 blower complete. turbo 400 trans and have new parts for trans. rack and pinion steering. 2 pontiac rears 1 posi, 1 open, plus the original chevy open rear. Parts I don't have are windshield, steering column, and interior kit. The body has new full left quarter, half quarter on passenger side. new truck skin. hood has hole for blower set up. Floor panels and braces were replaced too. 2 small spots under lower back seat area near wheel well need repair. Driver's side where bumper bolts needs cut off and replaced. I have the piece off a parts car. Can't get pics of floor boards due to all the parts in car. I have my shed with parts and in my garage in labeled boxes. If you buy or win make sure you have vehicle, and trailer, and enough space to take all parts. This a package deal and will not separate. Don't ask.

Watch how Corvette Racing's new collision-avoidance radar system works
Fri, 22 Mar 2013When it comes to technology used in racecars, we generally expect it to trickle down to production cars, not the other way around. Well, Pratt & Miller has developed a new rear-facing radar that operates in a similar fashion to what we're used to in modern blind spot detection systems, only it is also capable of tracking cars as they approach and relaying vital information to the driver via a large display screen.
The innovative radar system debuted at last weekend's 12 Hours of Sebring for Corvette Racing, and this system makes perfect sense for endurance races like this since the cars sometimes have to drive through the night and in poor weather conditions.
The radar can detect cars even with poor visibility, and uses easy-to-distinguish symbols for the driver to identify.
2014 Chevy Corvette Stingray order guide hits the web

Although we got to see the car and some of its preliminary specs in Detroit and Geneva, there is still no word on pricing and some of the juicier data points we've been waiting for - such as confirmed power output, EPA estimated mileage figures and performance numbers. Until then, CorvetteBlogger has gotten its hands on the order guide for the coupe version of the car - in both base and Z51 iterations - revealing tidbits like standard and optional features and available color combinations.
Some other new details made it onto the order guide, such as our first interior specs for the coupe including slightly less hip room and headroom, more shoulder room and the same amount of legroom.
