1956 Chevrolet 150

Nice riding and driving project. All the hard work is done. New high quality paint job with light blue ghost flames.
*there is 2 spots in the paint that needs to be touched up in the black located by the pillar posts. The car has a 350 motor and 350
transmission automatic with dual exhaust and new power brakes.  17" mags and tires. There was 2 spots that were minor in the floor
boards but, has already been fixed. Comes with the other stainless for passenger side and I also have the front and rear stainless for
the windows in good condition. Has all new front and back windshield rubber installed and new window felt. Could use drivers and
passenger door glass. I have the old ones. The hood bar, extension, and fender extensions  have already been installed. I have new,
the trunk and door locks. Comes with original bumpers that needs to be re chromed. Also needs the interior to finish the car.
Everything you see in the trunk shown in pictures the buyer will receive. Lots of miscellaneous parts including
the radio. This car runs and drives, with a killer paint job that will grab anyone's attention.

buy it now: $13,900
feel free to call me with any questions.
Thank you for your time.
the stainless on the drivers side was put on with just a few clips. If done right, it will line up and look straight.

2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra show all their sides in Detroit

Tue, 15 Jan 2013

There could hardly be more riding on the next-generation General Motors full-size pickup trucks, so the automaker has wisely made sure to have a selection of different models on hand at the Detroit Auto Show to show off. The 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and 2014 GMC Sierra were both officially introduced last month at a stand-alone reveal, and now they'll be on display for the public to see in various body configurations and trim levels.
The Silverado LTZ Crew Cab and Sierra SLE Extended Cab are aimed at providing more of a high-end pickup experience, while the Silverado LT Z71 Extended Cab and Sierra SLT Z71 Crew Cab should have off-road fans scouting out their favorite trails. The crew cab trucks won't go into production until sometime during the second quarter of this year - with other bodystyles coming later in the year - but we have plenty of live images from Detroit for you to enjoy.

Race Recap: 2013 Indianapolis 500 better than Bollywood; all the emotion, none of the music [spoilers]

Mon, 27 May 2013

If the 2013 Indy 500 were a movie it would be the one expected to win all the little statues come awards season, and if it were an athlete it would have made spectators watch in awe as it broke record after record. And this kind of talk comes after last year's race was considered one of the best ever - the last lap hijinks in 2012 and Takuma Sato's crash leading to a podium ceremony straight out of a Golden Globes tearjerker.
But this year's race delivered more than anyone expected, from the 250,000 fans to the commentators to the IndyCar series itself and, finally, to the guy who hopped through a two-mile window on Lap 197 to take the lead and keep it until the end.

Dodge vs. Chevy tug-of-war taken to the extreme

Mon, 17 Dec 2012

They say "idle hands are the devil's playground," but said playgrounds grow to Disney-sized proportions when a pair of jacked-up trucks, two egos, a chain and an empty mall parking lot are involved. Proof of this is the video below, which shows a Cummins-powered Dodge Ram circa 2006 to 2008 chained tail-to-tail with what looks to be a gasoline-powered Chevrolet Silverado from the late 1990s or early 2000s.
We don't necessarily have to tell you who wins this battle, but we'll let you see for yourself the lengths the "winning" driver goes to prove his point. There's plenty of foul language in the video below, so beware that this might be Not Safe For Work, and not that we should have to tell you, but please, do not try this at home.
