1954 Buick Century, original 322ci Nailhead V-8, dynaflow automatic transmission, factory power steering. This car is in great original shape, cruises down the road very nice. I've driven it at 75-80mph on the interstate with no issues. 73,xxx original miles on the car, and it shows. I do have some old paperwork that came with the car, showing previous owners and registration. This car has always been garaged and well taken care of. The interior is in great shape, steering wheel is perfect, small tear on driver side of seat on the outside, where the cushion meets the frame from rubbing.The car was stock when I bought it, the only things I added was the teal to the bottom of the car/on the wheels and some pinstriping. I still have all the original hubcaps. This is a very nice car, and much more rare than the Chevys and Pontiacs. Car is also for sale locally, I reserve the right to end the auction early if it is sold. Any questions on the car just ask, I will consider all reasonable offers, thanks.

J.D. Power customer survey of dealers counts Cadillac, Buick as big winners

Cadillac and Buick have taken the trophies in J.D. Power's latest Customer Service Index Study examining satisfaction with dealer service. Surveying more than 90,000 owners and lessees of 2009-2013 model-year cars, the study found that those with pre-paid maintenance packages were ten percent more likely to buy their next car from the same brand.
Dealer satisfaction scores have improved overall, Cadillac nabbed the luxury segment ahead of Audi and Lexus, taking the crown that Lexus held last year. Buick keeps the mass-market dealer satisfaction win in the family, finishing ahead of Volkswagen and last year's winner GMC. The study also found that service department use of tablets increased customer satisfaction, as did "best practices" like "providing helpful advice." Who knew?

GM claims it's first to sell million 30+ mpg vehicles

As we continue to put together all the data for the year-end edition of By The Numbers, General Motors has announced that it sold more than a million vehicles in the US last year that achieved at least 30 miles per gallon on the highway. More impressively, GM managed this feat using multiple strategies including small vehicle size, turbocharged engines and hybrid or plug-in technologies across four brands (Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC) accounting for 13 separate models. This number will grow even more in 2013 thanks to cars like the all-electric Spark, the diesel Cruze, the range-extended Cadillac ELR and the Buick Encore compact CUV.
GM's small car sales were up 39 percent last year helping to attain this million-sales mark for 30-mpg models, and almost 40 percent of all GM sales consisted of cars with fuel-efficient I4 engines. In regards to more advanced means of improving fuel economy, GM says that it plans on having 500,000 vehicles with "some form of electrification" on the road by 2017.
