WORST DEALER EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I bought a car from them in 2007. While looking at the car I noticed a bent bumper in the trunk. I asked if it was from this car and if this car had been in an accident. The sales person (Grady) told me no that it was in there from the auction they bought the car from. So being dumb I purchased the vehicle. Now it`s 2012 and I`m finding out that not only was the car in... view more a wreck, but that the car has frame/unibody damage that they knew about, because the auction they bought from disclosed that info to them. I had the car inspected by Kimballs and the frame was never fixed. IT`S STILL DAMAGED. Over 3,000 to get it fixed. These people are frauds. I paid 16,000.00 for a car that wasn`t even worth 4,000 when i bought it.

I have to say I almost punched...
I have to say I almost punched a finance person in the face with his attitude after I purchased a car their and tried to return it I had not done the interview with the bank yet so the deal was not final. They stuck me with a very high payment almost 500 amonth on a 5 year old car. So I told them I wanted a lower payment at first they where like we cant do that so your going to have to let it get repossed. I said the... view more deal is not done yet so the ball is in my court they said not it isnt and I said ok I want my down payment back and then a guy comes in and says give me the keys to your car and get out of here you dont get you down payment back either. As I was leaving ready to get a attouney to get my money back. The general manager steps in and made every thing right he put me in a different car with almost half the origional payment. GREAT JOB FROM THE BOSS AND I RECIEVED PLENTY OF SORRYS FROM THE OTHER GUY BEFOR EVERY THING WAS SIGNED. I will return to this carlot but with a lot of causion.

DO NOT BUY FROM CARS R US!
NO STARS AT ALL! We bought a car there in 2008...we recently traded in the car and was told by the new dealership that we should go back to CARS R US and get a refund on our warranty because we only used one year. Come to find out, CARS R US NEVER even purchased a warranty for the car even if we paid for it and it is clearly stated in the contract that was signed. Their old finance person named SAM or something proba... view morebly walked out with our money. They DO NOT have good accounting (their paperwork does not match ours) WORST customer service (we`ve called every day for two weeks and the Manager Debbie always needs to call us back and never does and she is supposedly the only one who has access to the account forms & all of a sudden is always out sick). We are in the process of getting this whole situation investigated and even have Jesse Jones calling us about it (since we filed a complaint with him)! If these guys do not cooperate with us within the next week or so, were going to have Jesse take care of it! They are nice to begin with but after taking you`re money they don`t care. Buy your car at GENE PANKEY (LOVE THEM!!!!) or PARKLAND AUTO CENTER...& by the way, dont even stop by CARS R US, they`re sales reps WILL NOT let you leave their office until you sit in the finance persons office to try and make a deal even if you DONT want! Will also be making a complaint via BBB!

We worked with a guy named Chase who was absolutely one of the best car salesmen that we have ever worked with. Would recommend this place to anyone who was having trouble getting into a vehicle. But I would ask for this guy he knows what he is doing.
