My husband and I brought our vehicle into AAMCO this last week for a routine oil change. While they were working on the our car they let us know that during inspection that our brakes were getting to the point of needing to be replaced as well. They were very friendly and let us know about the maintenance of our vehicle. At that point we continued to make an appointment for a later date to get our brakes done. I cant believe that I was able to get a complete brake service as well as 8 free oil changes along with it all for $49. Its such an amazing deal and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Im posting about this shop on every site because of how well I was taken care of, I want all review sites to know and have my rating! Ive had my vehicle at the dealership, i was quoted over $1900 of repairs that needed to be done. So I started to call around to different shops in the area. One of my calls was to AAMCO in Lacey/Olympia. I got to speak with the manager of the shop Damien, he offered to tow my vehicl... view moree for free as well as a free diagnosis of what needed to be done. After about 1 hour of AAMCO having my vehicle they had called me to inform me that they could do all my repairs for under $500, as well as a 1 day turn around to be able to pick it up. Ive had my car back for about 1 month now and it has been running great, no concerns or problems. I am so amazed of the service that they offered and how quickly my car was done. AAMCO has great customer service and I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend this shop to any friends i know that need repairs done.

holy cow that manager damian is awsome.im a military man that was deployed for six months i knew our vehicle had brake issues when i left but with a new born baby and being deployed we could not afford it.so im able to call my wife one day and she tells me babe guess what i found a amazon local brake coupon i bought and the first thing i said was be carefull.we had never been to aamco in olympia before.well the next ... view morephone call i got was it needed more repair then the voucher covered and i was not surprised i knew our brakes needed serious help.but we did not have the money.so the manager damian fixed my wifes car for an additional 258.00 and wow that was a great price.but here is where it gets good we did not have the money.damian said ill hold the bill for you until you get back that was gonna be 3 months.when i asked why he said two things 1.your baby needs to be in a safe vehicle and 2.he said thank you for serving our country.i was floored.i just returned from deploynent and had to go pay and meet him in person.all i can say is olympia aamco is the best.dont trust anyone else go see damian

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

So, my boyfriend and I drove our 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Lacey from Ellensburg where we live and go to school. We had found a coupon for a great deal on a brake job, and we were excited to have it done. We got to AAMCO on Saturday morning, and left the car there as we took off to do some errands. A couple hours later, we got a call saying our rotors would need replacing and that our calipers needed a service. Ev... view moreen though this would cost us an extra $500, we agreed, telling the mechanics to do whatever was needed to get our brakes in tip top shape. A couple hours later, we picked up the car. As we were driving, the front left brake started smoking and smelling horrible. We called them up and explained the situation, and they told us this was normal because the breaks were "breaking in." Later that night as we were driving, the front left brake made a horrible noise and smoked more than ever. We drove it right in, and they told us had we driven much further, the rotor would have caught on fire! They then kept the car over the weekend (we were planning to drive home to Ellensburg that day) and through to Monday. On Monday, they made some bull**** excuse and told us we had to purchase calipers, even though we told them to perform that service. They made us miss class and work, charged us for parts that should have been checked, put our lives and vehicle at risk, cussed and hung up the phone on us, and made absolutely no compensation for our inconvenience. In total, we wasted three days, spent $600 more than we had planned, and got no apology whatsoever. If you value your time, money, and vehicle, NEVER go to AAMCO Lacey.
