These guys have a lot of parts in the yard and that`s the only reason I go there. As for there attitude, what would you expect from a bunch of uneducated grease monkeys. Water seeks its own level.

Pretty bad. Guys are rude and not very helpful. Worse salvage yard I have ever been to. They must be making money though to keep going. I have never heard anyone have a good thing to say about their treatment of their customers. It`s really too bad because the place looks like they have a lot of parts.

These people are really unprofessional. They were very rude on the phone and the little boy who answered the phone(some Guy) was a complete jrkoff. I asked for a price on a rear tail light lense for a PT Cruiser. I was quoted $35.00. I told him that I could get both sides (driver and passenger) new for close to that price. Instead of negotiating a price he laughs at me and says, I quote "no you can`t" t... view morehen hangs up on me. I recomend either you research for new or call Pick-A-Part of anywere else for that matter, way better customer service. Why would you pay going rate or more for used parts that you don`t even know work. What you going to take there word for it. LOL!!!!

Mostly aggravated

I have been to them quite a lot over eight years. My experience is to shop around to see what a new part costs before going there, also take someone with you to inspect the part you are looking to buy. Their language can get a little crude at times. They always stipulate that they do not give refunds at all! So, you either have to settle for what they give or sue their asses.... Poor customer service

I have been to this facility two times and both times the experience was horrible. Very poor customer service very rude and the whole place is a cluster #@!#@. On the last visit I bought a used computer unknowing that it cannot work on any other vehicle then the one it was programmed for. They sold me the computer and told me that it had to be reprogrammed but it cannot be programmed, what a scam. I just spent 85... view more.00 to buy their garbage. They did offer me a credit but it would have to drive 2 hours to get it and another 2 hour to use it. In total, 50.00 in gas! I will never use this place again and recommend you don?ˆ™t either.

big inventory

just a over all great place to buy used or new parts. their inventory is used parts. it`s not what most people think. i`ts a salvage recycling yard not a junk yard. give them a call. i`m glad we did!
