We were the only one in the entire valley for the last 15 years until they added two more late last summer one in Provo and the other in Lehi. My technicians and I are ASE Certified and our techs have over 40 years combined experience between them. That number doubles with my experience. We are also a NAPA certified repair facility. We have a wall in our waiting room displaying our technicians certifications from the training we send them to every year in order to stay up with technology.We have the industries best nationwide warranty, 12,000 miles or 12 months, and we also have a program for you to get extended warranties for up to 36 months or 36,000 miles on most repairs. Best customer service ever

Dave at Westside Auto has been so good to me. He has come in on Saturdays, has charged me less than he bid, has always finished with my car when he says he will, stays late so I can pick it up, and calls me when it`s done. Also, there have been times when he could have lied and gone ahead with an expensive repair, but instead was honest about the simple fix that was really necessary. WESTSIDE IS THE BEST

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO WESTSIDE AUTO FOR YEARS, AND MY KIDS ALL GO THERE TOO! DAVE IS THE NICEST, MOST FRIENDLY GUY IN THE WORLD! HE IS HONEST, FAST AND HIS PRICES ARE VERY GOOD AND FAIR. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE! EVER!!!

Bad Customer Service

I haven`t even had a chance to take my truck to their shop and the guy has been a prick to me both times I have walked into his shop. I was referred to them by another shop so i called them up and their price quote was less than the shop that referred me, but I have not been pleased with how they have treated me and now im looking for an alternative shop.
