Horrible Service (not to mention BIG LIARS)!

Stay away from this place unless you are noticeably wealthy. These customer service reps and sales reps will not help you unless you look like you have $$$$$$$! Also, if they tell you that you are approved over the phone, don`t believe them. They told my girlfriend, who lives in Fort Worth, to come in because she was approved for no money down. She asked the sales person (I believe her name was Pauliana, or Pauli... view morena, or something close to that) if she was sure about her being approved because she did not want to make the trip to Plano and then find out she wasn`t approved. This happened on Saturday, January 31, 2009. The following Monday she called her again to make sure once again that she was approved and was reassured by this sales person about her approval status and told her that she already had the financial department approve her application and she could walk out of the dealership with a car that day. My girl also asked if she was going to need someone to co-sign because she had no one to cosign and was told it wasn`t necessary. So, we made the hour and a half trip (due to traffic) to Plano and guess what? She was not approved!!! The guy who spoke to us would not let us talk to Paulina (or whatever her name was) and did not try to help her at all. What was very interesting was that when they brought her credit report in, we saw a note at the top stating she was qualified for 0 down. When we left the dealership, my girl called them and asked for Paulina. They tried connecting her to Paulina, but obviously she knew who my girl was and what her number was because they never put her through to her after 4 attempts to reach her. I immediately decided to call on my phone and ask for her and what do you know? Not even 10 seconds and I was connected to her with no problem. I put the phone on speaker and let my girl talk to her. The lady sounded surprised and annoyed that she was talking to her and proceeded to deny that she told my girl she was approved. My girl finally had enough and decided to throw in a few cuss words before I stopped her and talked to this Paul lady myself. She continued to deny everything and then hung up on my face. Now, why would we be making all this up and drive all the way to Plano if Paul had not told us this when there are other Ford dealerships in Fort Worth, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Dallas, Irving, and other nearby cities? I would not have been so pissed if they had apologized and maybe even offered some gas money, but they basically laughed at us from the beginning. I wonder if their conversation was recorded since the number you call tells you that your call may be monitored or recorded for "quality purposes". Fortunately, I have found a dealership that is going to help her get the car she wants and their personnel seems extremely helpful.

Friendly People

I haven`t even bought a car there, but all the people are so friendly when I went in. I wanted to sell my car on my own so I asked them what the best way was, and they even appraised it for me and gave me the NADA Print out so I could use that on my own. What a great group of people!
