I took my Honda in for scheduled service. John checked my car and found somethings I had been neglecting. He was so honest and helpful by showing me the things I needed to replace now and letting me know the things that could wait to be replaced another visit. Thank you John and Mike for the "above and beyond" customer service. I`ll never go anywhere else again

I towed my car in with what I though is a big problem and would cost me alot to fix. They could have told me anything and I would have done it no matter what the cost was because I need my car to go to work and back home. But I was out of there with next to nothing.
I will never go anywhere but to them for my car needs.
they are good and very honest.

I am appalled and outraged with this company. Obviously good business is something they aren`t concerned with. I spent over $1600.00 to get my car fixed there, and to one week later have a part that was ""supposively"" replaced malfunction, when I contacted the office regarding this they told me that the part would be replaced for free, when I showed up they tried to charge me again for the part, even with a warranty... view more they gave for the $1600.00 worth of work. I can only take this as trying to take advantage of me because I am a women, and didn`t think that I had any knowledge of my automobile, what a poor excuse for a business person. I would watch out for this slime balls and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for trying to again rip me off for services they had already completed and trying to double charge me. Watch out, take your care somewhere that is certified and will stand behind their warranty.

I am a woman and don`t know much abou cars, but I know when people are trying to take advantage of me. I took my car to several different places to fix a leak and almost all of them told me a different story and a price I could not afford. But these people went right to the sorce of the problem did not try to sell me all the other repairs that was not needed to stop the oil leak and fixed it for me a almost 1/2 of wh... view moreat others wanted for it. I will go back when I need them again.

I have been going there for about ten years, they are honest knowledgeable and courteous. they know how to fix cars right the fist time. reasonable pricing. highly recommended.

I do NOT recommend using AUTO CARE CENTRAL(520 W. Pioneer PKWY. Grand Prairie Tx. ) for any Repairs they They tell you they will do a repair Charge you and then wont stand behind there work I`m very disappointed and out $469.00

This place will take you for all you`re worth if they can get away with it. I recommend that no one ever take their vehicle here for any reason whatsoever. I gave it one star because yp.com won`t let me get away with not giving it any stars.
