Ever since new ownership took place frankie`s Auto Body quality went down hill, I tried them once after ownership change, boy was I sorry, They made me sign a paper stating if I would like my old parts back when repairs were completed, so I signed it, cause My husband had wanted the old parts, then my repair was a 4 day repair it ended up being a 3 week ordeal from hell, they tell u 4 days just to get your car in , a... view morefter they got u in they lie to you of when the car will be completed, this 4 day repair turned into 2 weeks, they do not speak English very well or can they understand it , when I called after the 4 days was up I had the man tell me there was a supplement and that`s why it was held up, I phoned my insurance company, and they told me they were unaware of any supplements and that the shop never contacted them , I was stunned to find this out, when I called back Frankies I told them gieco said a supp was never called in on my car, there excuse was they got me mixed up with another claim, Bogus Lie, so finally picked up my car 2 weeks later, there was over spray all over , and the paint didn`t match, and that paper i signed that I wanted my old parts back, they told me one of the techs threw them out on mistake, that was the last straw, I called my insurance co , took my car and brought else where, they other shop fixed what frankie`s messed up so bad , and they had to pay out of their pocket....Please do not take your car here it was the worse exp of my life, the new owners are horrible and do not know what they are doing, I talked to several other people and i hear the same stories.....thought i would warn other people b4 they make the same mistake i did... I had dropped my car off for repair, which was the worst mistake of my life, I was in a pretty bad accident , when my insurance company wrote my estimate they put it would take approx 2 weeks for repairs to be complete, well 2 weeks turned into 4 weeks, they would call me and tell me that parts were on back order, the first couple times i believed these people until I called a week later and got the same excuse, so I... view more had asked them when I dropped my car off where they get honda parts from , I called the dealer myself to come to find out they just had placed the order that day , so the week before they were just blowing me off with this excuse that parts were back ordered, Finally the day came to pick up my car , I had to call myself to see if it was ready 2 weeks later it was , when i saw my car it was a utter mess, the paint did not match there were sand in the paint , It was somthing I had never seen before, the owner had an attitude to top it all off when i confronted him with the problem , I took my car to another shop , refused to pay my deductible, finally 1 week later the new shop had my car looking like brand new. Please do not use these people they are poor quality and they do not care about their costumers. This was a mistake of of my life using Frankie`s Auto Body
