All employees and manager are clowns.

It is truely ashame how these guys give you the run around just to get more money from their customers. I guess this is how they stay in business. Honestly, it is just sad how they can lie. Never trust they fools again.

Long waits, inept, unnecessary repairs, but excellent hours

If you do not mind sometimes-improperly done repairs, excessively long waits, a rude staff, unnecessary repairs, and high prices, you will love Pep Boys because their hours are the best! You may even get lucky and receive a decent job for your money. I only go here when everyone good is closed. Dealing with them is a battle, though. Pep Boys employees are very arrogant and nasty.
