Professional and Fair
I took my car to Kelly`s for the first time this week and have to say that I am impressed with what I have seen. They were not only professional but they really did a great job. I shopped around for a while to have a small rust patch fixed and these guys were priced below many other places in the area. I would definitely take my car back to them in the future for any body repairs (hopefully I won`t need any!). Excellent Car Care
I have been taking my car to Kelly`s for a couple of years now. I have had mechanical and body work done there. I have always been pleased with the work they have done, and there prices are reasonable. I have recommended them to friends and co-workers. Everyone that I have recommended Kelly`s to has come back and said what good work they have done.

This is THE BEST Shop in Atlanta
Great auto technicians and state of the art body shop, too. They are knowledgable and kind, welcoming and accomodating. The lobby is very comfortable and shop is clean. I have been a customer of Sam`s for 12 years, he`s kept my cars in fabulous shape and has always been up front and honest. I wouldn`t trust my vehicles to anyone else!!

Top Quality Work! No backyard fixes here! My car looks new!
I have been to Kelly?s four times and they have treated me with the utmost respect. The first time was about a year ago when my girlfriend had her Acura?s bumper replaced after a small fender bender. She didn?t want to report the accident to her insurance company, but she wanted her car fixed with a factory finish. Kelly?s fixed the car at a reasonable price and the results looks like a factory finish. In the pas... view moret I have been to other discount body shops only to be disappointed with poor quality paint that peals and blisters later. We were glad to spend the money and get a great finished product.
Not long ago my BMW was ran into by another driver while it was parked. This time the other party?s insurance was going to pay the bill, so I went to Kelly?s. Bryan at Kelly?s dealt with the insurance company and set up a rental car for me. Needless to say the paint came out great!
Another time I had a problem with my car making noise. I brought the car back to Kelly?s because they also have a full service shop. Sam, the service manager, took the time to explain what the problem was in terms I could understand. He had to special order the parts, but once he got them the car was fixed in a day.
Most recently my cousins VW wagon needed a timing chain. She brought it to a VW shop in town and they quoted her $2000.00. I told her to give Sam a call. Same fixed the car for half the price and threw in a free oil change. If you are looking for a cheap shade tree fix, this is not the place to go.
If you are willing to pay a reasonable price for top quality work, Kelly?s should be your first choice. ? Cory

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I`ve been here twice and the customer service is awful...so bad I`d strongly recommend not setting foot on the premises. I`ll explain why...
The first time I needed one body panel painted. I was flatly refused because even though my car was a stock color for my car and year, it had been repainted from black to red pearl. I was told that the only way he would even attempt to paint the panel was if I supplied... view more the paint, as if I know how or where to get matching paint. The next place I went to had no problems, charged me less than Kelly`s would have EVEN PROVIDING MY OWN PAINT, and matched the part perfectly.
I was pretty mad about the previous incident, but decided to give them another chance to give me an estimate on another car of mine. It had belonged to my stepfather and been rear-ended. The insurance company totalled the car, but the damage was only cosmetic with no structural or frame problems. When I brought it to Kelly`s, before asking me anything but what year the car was I was advised it would likely be totalled...when I explained that it was a salvage, I was asked several offensive questions such as, how much I paid for it, how much I expected to pay, etc. I said I wasn`t sure and wanted an estimate. I`d been to several other places and wanted to see how their prices compared. Well, the technician said he would have to ask the owner because he wasn`t sure he`d want to do it, which he didn`t. I was unceremoniously informed that they refused to work on my car and that was it. All I had done was ask for an estimate.
I don`t know if it`s incompetence or lack of confidence in their work and I`m certainly no expert, but when someone walks into your business prepared to spend $6000 for your services they deserve to be treated with a lot more respect and courtesy than I experienced this afternoon.
I wish there were an option for no stars, since they didn`t do the work AND treated me like dirt.
