The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey. The DVD had been removed from the vehicle, but they gladly put one in, got me floor mats and a key FOB. They had the vehicle cleaned up for us and made the signing process very smooth. I gave 5 star because they deserve for it, I bought 2008 Honda Odyssey and I take Honda show room for inspection and issue reported brand1autos repaired all. I suspect some balancing issue originally I found they fixed after one month because of my tight work schedule. Harris is friendly and he suggest us if we want he`ll install for 2 DVD players since we have 2 kids for free and we got them. I`ll definitely recomme... view morend friends and families.

VERY DISHONEST!!! Never buy a car form this place. He gave me a fake Carfax. The car had a frame damage! He tries to be a very innocent person on his replies where people are not at all happy with their purchase. Be very careful whenbuying a car from him. I am just a normal person trying to make a living others. MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN!!! BE VERY CAREFUL!!!

Although the car didn`t end up working out for us due to some mechanical problems that Brand 1 was unaware of, they did everything to make it right and refunded us our for our purchase. they handled the situation in a professional manner and we appreciate them going the distance in order to correct the situation. thank you Brand 1

I called Brand 1 Autos Monday 5/9/11. Got all the info I could on a 2002 Acura MDX before I drove 4 hours to get there. My first hint should have been when I called Brian the salesman he constantly cut me off said he would call back in 10 mins was 3 hours and I had to call back, said he needed to give his customers his attention well I was a customer too! The ad on Craigslist and there OWN website had a completely different picture than what was there for sale. I would not have driven that far for what was on there lot. They lied to me in many ways. Said it didn`t have paint work done, minor wreck on car fax, no rust, few small dents. Well, the back bumper was replaced had been painted you could see it. There were about 8 dents. Paint chip on the front hood size of pinky that was rusted. Not to mention the biggest thing of all was the advertised photos of the vehicle. It was nothing not even close to what it looked like. I did not purchase a vehicle from them. They will be reported to BBB. The manager Haris said he would not discount any, just throw in running boards which still didn`t justify all the lies or get close to what the original pic looked like. His phone rang, he walked off and no apology what so ever just defended himself. They said the pics were swapped online from the 2004 they had. Well Brian pulled up the 2004 which showed a 2002 but guess what, still wasn`t even the same one in there lot! I hollered at a customer before I left and told them not to buy from them. They are liers, the worst customer service I have ever seen and I work for a company that thrives on customer service. They don`t know there vehicles, I asked if it had a spoiler like what the swapped picture was supposed to look like, Brian said yes, I had my sister go out and look and it did not. They don`t even know what there cars look like. Not to mention the place was a dump. Oh yea the dvd player they installed was not secure to the ceiling which will result in a sagging ceiling. I had cash money and they didn`t get a penny! They will be reported and I hope they go out of business soon for there crookedness!!!!
