Worst place to take your car
I brought my car to these people who claimed that they specialized in working on my type of car. I took my car back to them several times. Every time they gave me back the car something else was wrong. Eventually they blamed it on the fact the car was 5 years old. They would not listen to me, the owner was very arrogant, the front desk receptionist was worst. Now my car has oil leaking inside, the air conditioner mak... view morees loud noises and drains the power of the vehicle at least 50-70% more than it did, and now I have to sell what was my favorite car because these people did not know what they were doing. Finally I took my vehicle back, the owners last words were ""You know we don`t usually work on these cars."" Funny that wasn`t the line he told me when I first called him, its not like its an exotic car. Worst customer service ever. Take your car to the dealer unless you like paying twice to get your car repaired.

Best Body Shop in Atlanta
After my accident, I took the insurance estimate to Bavarian Auto Works. I could not get over the amount of attention and time the owner took with me. Everyone was extremely friendly, the shop was large, organized and immaculate. Not only did they replace my driver`s side door to perfect condition, but they buffed out the paint damage from a pecan tree on my hood, detailed it and fixed a few small things on my inter... view moreior. My car came back looking better than it had before the accident! They handled all of the insurance company work as well.They completed the work in remarkable time, kept me informed of their progress and were just an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend Bavarian Auto Works to any friend that needed a body shop.

Unexpected SURPRISE
Recently my brother purchased a used vehicle from a dealer in Doraville, GA. It was a 05 Dodge Magnum. He was so excited to have a new car. He was home on R & R he is currently in IRAQ fighting for us all. God Bless. Anyway he found the car that he wanted online and went to view the car and loved it. The day we picked up the car we gave the dealer two checks one from our bank and one personal check. Total $170... view more00.00. We left the dealership very excited and went to put gas in the car because it was on E for empty. My brother asked me to look in the glove box to get the manual to know what grade of gasoline to put in the car. I gave him the requested information and proceeded to look at the papers in the glove box. To my suprise I found an estimate for the same vehicle for $3000.00 worth of repair to include labor. I was so heartbroken and mad at the same time. I had to look my brother in the eye and tell him that the dealer lied to us. Keep in mind the dealer had faxed us a carfax that gave the vehicle a clean record. I immediately called the dealer back and told him what I had found. He acted very surprised as I knew he would. We took the car back and got our checks. I know you are probably wondering what Bavarian has to do with this, well I have wrecked a new car before and know what to look for as far as previous damage. There was nothing that I saw that would indicate that the vehicle had been wrecked. It was an outstanding job and I will explore this company for any future work that I may need. Lord forbid. That was my experience. Word of Mouth or should I say Show of Car is the best advertisement. Oh yeah to add insult to injury the dealer owed him $41.00 for the tank of gas and he got an attitude when I asked for my brother`s money back. He ended up giving me $61.00 but like a god-fearing woman I gave him back the extra $20 and told him to have a nice day.

Awesome Service
These people made my car look better then before the collision. My car was ready before the expected date. They made me feel comfortable about the entire process. I would definitely return there and would recommend to any freind or family member.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, TOO SLOW
This place has the absolute worse customer service. They NEVER return phone calls. I have two cars there unfortunately. One car has been in there for almost 3 months. For 2 1/2 months now they have been saying ""your car will be ready by the end of the week"". And it NEVER is! The second car I have in there was finally finished after 2 months. But after 2 weeks of driving it, it sounds like the tires are going to fal... view morel off, so I have to take it back! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! The staff does not seem to care about what they are doing and can NEVER give you an answer!

If time is not a factor they may be an option
I have used BBW twice because they are a recommended bodyshop of my Insurer. My 1st experience involved major front-end body damage. The end quality was good, although they made a mistake causing a rattling sound which I took to my dealership to correct. BBW`s problems were timeliness and communication. They quoted 3 - 4 weeks but it took 8! They did not order the parts on-time. Their customer service staff was... view more friendly and helpful, but I had to call them. They did not proactively call to notify me of delays or provide updates. My 2nd use of BBW was for a lessor back-end repair. The experience was the same. They quoted 2 weeks but finished at 4. They did not have the dissassembly and parts ordered on-time which caused 1+ wks of delay. Also, I was not as satisfied with the quality of this 2nd repair.
