At first I was very wary about taking my 07 3 series to anywhere but the dealership, but Coast Motor Werk is seriously the only place I will take it. I know I can trust Brad and his team because they are truly knowledgeable about these cars and definitely don`t charge for miscellaneous crap. Loved the experience here at Coast Motor Werks! My Mini Cooper 09 S needed an oil change at 48k and I was reluctant to take it to the dealer and even more so to take it to one of those quick change places. The price was right for my oil change. Derrick did a great job of letting me about future potential problems and setting up a watch list for me in the next several months. Very cool place. I met each guy who had a part in servicing my car (even taking the appointment). Ron the owner knew what he was doing when he hired his team and started his shop. Each guy I`ve met has been professional (rarely happens since I am a young girl), and has taken the time to answer my many "why" questions. I heard horrible things about dealerships. I bypassed them completely with this place. My mom taught me to shop around, do my homework, and be very nice to those who help me. I did my homework, found these guys, and it is easy to be nice.
