5/09/2013 I read the reviews on Honda of Hayward that were so positive I drove all the from Lodi just to see if the proof was in the pudding because I was looking a particular Honda model/ color at a certain budget. Mr. Alvin Lee (internet manager) was the first person I contacted via phone and that same day I received an emailed from him that he could meet my vehicle request while targeting my budget. What a relief this was for me as I initially thought they were going to pull the switch and bait game from bad experiences with past dealerships. The financial manager name Johnny Phan explained all the terms of the contract to which I was greatly satisfied. In addition, before driving off in my dream car ,I given some tech support by Julian Polanco on how to work the cars hi-tech computer system. What a great team that treats you with great service. Service and parts customer

The service and parts department are super nice and so helpful, this is a great dealership with tenacity and dignity. The parts manager was nice enough to help me repair my used Civic and although I have never purchased a car here before, they still treated me like VIP. My engine was out of whack, but the guy gave me great advice and even a discount after I told him I will definitely come back after such great servic... view moree. Honda of Hayward ROCKS

Honda of Hayward ROCKS. Srvice Manager and the shop are the best. No BS they are straight shooters and will tell you the truth, good or bad. This was my first time taking my bike to them and I can`t see myself going to any place else. I wish Honda would use them as a template for service on their auto side. Thanks guys for the great experience. You have integrity that can be hard to find these days.

My girlfriend just bought a car here and man, best service by far! It was raining but we couldn?ˆ™t go any other day we felt bad but the salesman helping us out didn?ˆ™t seem to mind and said he was more than happy to help, I think the guys name was Brian.
