Good Dealership, First Price Never the Best!

I saw a bunch of reviews attacking Miller Toyota solely because they were given a high quote. When you go in to buy or lease a car, go in on one day and come back the next to buy. Or be prepared to. The lowest monthly payment I ever got was when I told a salesman I had to sleep on the price he gave me. I would have gone back actually but rather than let me leave he offered me a $220 a mo lease payment. And no down pa... view moreyment either. For my next Toyota I went to Miller. I wanted a Prius, but I also wanted a sunroof & a few extras. Obviously that will be more than the base sticker price. However when the salesman told me $400 a month I said, No. And I was prepared to leave. If I was going to pay $400 a month I wouldn`t get a Prius. Ultimately I told him that no way was I paying over $300 a mo. And I had just gotten a quote on a similarly priced Mini Cooper for $300 a mo & no down payment. In any case they gave me what I wanted. So don`t rate this dealer down simply because they do what all dealerships do: quote you the high price. You simply say I`m sorry, that`s not in the budget. And literally be prepared to leave. And do leave if necessary. Aside from having to bargain for the lower price, the service was great. They brought me coffee and water. They called my insurance company to get a copy of my policy so I didn`t have to. Etc. I saw the car I wanted fairly quickly and the salesman got the key within minutes. I recommend these guys.

Satisfactory

My visit this time was entirely satisfactory. I would like to acknowledge my service advisor Warren Berman for providing outstanding service. I came in to have a ruptured tire replaced. I appreciated that after the initial evaluation... Warren called me to let me know that the proper tire was in stock and to give me a time estimate for completion of service. I also appreciated that he informed me that there is a one ... view moreyear warranty on the tire. Overall Warren was friendly... informative... and gave me confidence that I would get the proper service... done correctly and efficiently. I contrast this with two other tire replacement services by your shop in the past year where none of this was true and I left feeling that your service was incompetent and I had not been treated respectfully. Please reward and retain Warren and find more people like him.
