I have had 3 incidents here of poor service. All the way up to the manager who wanted to charge me 150 buck for a detail I can get elsewhere for half that. Cross Valley at the Arco on Valencia and Bouquet did it for 59 dollars, Valencia Car Wash has a great location, but they clearly do not need or want anyone`s business. DON`T GO THERE FOR A HANDCAR WASH! The Tony Danza look alike manager proceeded to tell me that it is normal for the handcar wash to have bird poop on your car and for the workers to rub it in along with the waters spots into your car as they dry the car in the sun. The manager said, "It`s too hot to hand wash your black car. We have no shade to dry your car in to prevent the water drying and leaving soap su... view moreds stains." I pointed out several places to dry the car in the shade and he proceeded to tell me why it was better to let the car go through the automatic machine wash with the softener water versus a handwash. Never mind, that the employee stopped midway towel drying the car and was no where to be seen. In so many words he called me a fool to pay extra for a handwash $35.00 and told me to, "Get out of HERE!" I got my money back first. NEVER GAIN!

My wife took her car in for an oil change and they accidentally put steering fluid in the radiator and did not tell her. We found out after the car started to have trouble running and we had it looked at by another mechanic. I stopped using them a couple years ago when they refused to honor a raincheck for a car wash. Now, neither of us will use this business and we would not recommend them.

I got my oil changed and they did a great job and I got a free car wash. They only informed me about my car and didn`t try the old hard sell.

After reading some of the review in previous post I am very surprised. I have been to almost all of the car washes here in Santa Clarita. Valencia Car Wash is by far superior to all of them. I have a black truck which is very hard to clean. I have never had a problem with water streaks down the side when I leave, and it is always very clean. They also put out great coupons often, which makes the wash very affordable. I give Valencia Car Wash an A++ and recommend everybody give them a try. You won`t be disappointed.

I love that they are friendly and its so close the everything that i can just walk to target while i got a oil change and wash but sometime it does take a long time,, i mean i was there 2 hours..

They told my wife she needed a battery, which was true, BUT NOT at $130.00... I could have gone anywhere else and purchased one installed for $80... the car wash and oil change is fine... will not return
