I took my Nissan Maxima to Auto Crafters because I knew I needed a new radiator. Come to find out, I needed alot more than a radiator. Jake had the mechanic do a diagnostic and let me know that it would be a waste of money to replace the radiator. Don`t go anywhere else but Auto Crafters for auto body and any mechanical work!! Most honest company I have ever had dealings with!! They are the cream of the crop on customer service as well as auto service,so don`t go anywhere else!!

I tried about twenty different shops in Tempe before I trusted AutoCrafter`s with our 65 Mustang which has been in the family for over 35 years and 300,000 miles. The Mustang was showing it`s age in every part and panel and sadly the exterior and interior looked about as sad and worn as a car can be. I wanted a total restoration to like-new condition and I needed a shop that understood the concept of ""flawless"". ... view more I found the right shop. Jake is a straight shooter, David can lay paint better than the Ford factory, Bill can disassemble and reassemble just about any car blindfolded, Greg, Ritchie, and the rest of the guys in the shop treated me and my car right. They were in regular contact with me, involved me in as many decisions as I cared to be, and took the restoration to the Nth degree as I was hoping they would. The car literally looks and drives like new inside and out and is ready for another 300,000 miles. The prices were fair from start to finish. When the car was in 4000 parts another shop might have taken advantage of the situation and killed me with change fees but not these guys. They completed at the fee they estimated with only minor adjustments for the scope items I added myself. When we negotiated fees they were always fair. The finished fit is incredible with all the body panels, trim, rubber, doors, and hundreds of small parts lined up perfectly and better then when the car had only 20,000 miles. The paint is flawless, the interior is like new, and the car has NEVER run this good the whole time we`ve owned it. If you have a classic car and have been looking for a shop that knows what they`re doing: this is the place. It took me ten years to find the right shop. Hats off and my sincere appreciation to Jake, David, Bill, Greg, Ritchie and the entire staff at AutoCrafters. Best shop in Tempe.

I`ve been taking various cars to Autocrafters for years for repair and for regular maintenance and have always had good results. Their diagnostics have been accurate and the work is always done right. A great business. I highly recommend Autocrafters.

I would not encourage you to use this shop. This is not an honest establishment!!!! Everthing they say is not at face value. Take your car elsewhere for your repairs. Don`t let the smiles and smooth talk deceive you. You will be billed more than you expect, they will over promise and over deliver. FIND ANOTHER FACILITY!!!!

Very satisfied. Auto Crafters did an awesome job on my car. I`ve had my car repaired at other shops, only to find new dings and problems afterwards. This time, I think my car came back looking and running better than it did when I dropped it off! They really did a great job.

I tell you what, I have been taking my cars/trucks (I have many) to Autocrafters for many years. I have had them work on Sevice, Repair, Collision, and Restoration projects for me and they always turn out top notch. I recommend taking your vehicles there for any needs. Fast, friendly, honest, and reliable "Mom & Pop" shop, I will use no other auto shop!! Thanks Autocrafters!!!

I have had various types of repairs done on my car at Autocrafters in Tempe, AZ over the past ten years. There quality of repairs is excellent! I have never had to go back because something was not repaired right the first time.
