This is a great looking Black 2005 Mazda RX8 with 102,064 miles. Some of the features in this Mazda include the six-speed transmission, power sunroof, front & side airbags. All of the equipment and everything in this car has been tested and is operating perfectly. This RX8 runs excellent. The Rotary engine revs very smoothly. The transmission shifts very crisply, and the Mazda installed Exedy 10803AHD racing clutch engages smoothly with lots of grab. The brake pads and rotors are in good condition. The oil & filter are both Royal Purple that was changed every 4k miles. A full replacement of factory spark plugs, wires, and ignition coils were installed by Mazda ~10k miles. The exterior of this RX8 is in beautiful condition. The black paint is super glossy and brilliant over the entire body. Other than just a few stone nicks or minor imperfections, there isn’t any damage on this car. The interior has been very well maintained and is clean and in excellent condition. The seats are in nice shape. The carpeting throughout is clean, fluffy and in excellent condition. The driver side visor was removed, and all of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in great condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. |

Wed, 10 Jul 2013Thanks to the folks at Top Gear Russia, we got an early glimpse of the 2014 Mazda3 sedan. Now, Mazda has released more images of its sleek new four-door, and if you like what the Japanese automaker has done with the five-door hatchback, you won't find anything to complain about with the sedan.
Many would argue that the Mazda3 sedan looks like a scaled-down version of the new Mazda6, and in many cases, that's true. But there are subtle details about the Mazda3 that we really like, starting with the larger grille that makes for a slightly more aggressive front end. On the profile, we like how the strong arching character lines that flow over the front and rear wheel wells intersect in the middle of the car and then taper off. At the rear, a short decklid rounds off a very clean design with taillamps that are indeed reminiscent of the larger Mazda6.
We can't yet confirm powertrain details (or any other specifications, really), but we fully expect the same 2.0-liter and 2.5-liter Skyactiv-G engines to carry over from the hatchback, as well as the six-speed automatic and manual transmissions.
2014 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year finalists announced [w/poll]
Tue, 10 Dec 2013The 2014 North American International Auto Show is right around the corner, which means it's high time we found out which cars and trucks would be finalists for the prestigious North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year awards.
The finalists - three in cars and three in three trucks/utilities - are dominated by American brands, with two-thirds of the finalists hailing from either General Motors or Chrysler (don't worry Ford, there's always next year), while outliers from Mazda and Acura can be found in each contest. Here now is the list of finalists for the big prizes:

25th Anniversary Edition Mazda MX-5 Miata sells out in 10 minutes
Wed, 21 May 2014Looking to buy one of the limited-edition 25th Anniversary Mazda MX-5 Miata roadsters? Well, you're too late. According to Mazda, all 100 examples of the darling two-seater have sold out - and it only took 10 minutes.
On Tuesday, Mazda opened its pre-order site for the limited-run Miata, and had intended to keep the site running until May 31, or until 250 customers were registered, whichever came first. Just 10 minutes later, 250 people had signed up. Now, Mazda will contact those folks, and the first 100 that are verified will be given the opportunity to pre-order the unique MX-5. "Upon verification of purchase intent and transmission selection, the customer's information will then be forwarded to the dealership of their choosing to finalize the transaction," Mazda said in a press release.
The 2015 MX-5 Miata 25th Anniversary Edition models will arrive at dealers this summer, retailing for $32,205 with the six-speed manual, or $32,655 for those desiring the automatic transmission. Based on the PRHT (Power Retractable Hard Top) model, the limited-edition Miata adds Bilstein shocks, a Soul Red metallic paint job (the same found on the gorgeous Mazda6) with a contrasting black roof, gunmetal wheels and an off-white leather interior. Special badging will be found inside the car, and buyers will also be treated to a custom-crafted Tourneau watch and a display winder box.
