1974 Triumph Tr6 - Convertible Roadster on 2040-cars

Up for Auction is this 1974 Triumph TR6 - Convertible Roadster I purchased this Triumph TR6 from the 2nd Owner who put in some substantial restoration into this Triumph TR6. He owned the vehicle for 6 years and put less than a 1000 miles on it. The original owner was from New Canaan,Connecticut and was a Pilot Captain for Eastern Airlines who owned it for 30+ years. I have some of his service records with millage stated on them as well as the Original Registration Certificates, Triumph Club Pamphlet and Original Service Book.(please see photo) The original car was White and Baby Blue Interior(That had to go). The 2nd owner painted it Ferrari Blue Chiara a magnificent Royal Metallic Blue color and changed the interior to all Black. Items 2nd owner upgraded are New Brakes, Clutch, New Fuel Pump, Weber Carburetors rebuilt, Ansa Dual Exhaust system (Sounds Great), Wooden Triumph Steering Wheel, Wire True Spoke Wheels, Coker Red-line Tires 90% tread left. Chromed Front & Rear bumpers, New Rear Struts, I have put into the Triumph TR6 many items and I have all receipts for everything totaling an amount of $2650.00. Items are Triumph Tune Stainless Valve Cover, "BMW" Quality Sun Fast / Soft Cloth Convertible Top, New Chrome Mirrors, New Rear View Mirror, New Battery, Triumph Deluxe Logoed Floor Mats, Chrome Radiator Cap, Triumph Red logoed Hood Lined Shield (for engine noise), Chrome Billet Air Filters, Leather Triumph Stick Shift Knob, New Spark Plug wires, Spin on Oil Filter Adapter, All Metal Triumph Badges on sides and rear License plate, 3 pedal Triumph logoed Clutch, Brake & Gas Stainless Steel Pedals, New CD , Pandora ,Aux, & USB back seat mounted CD Player with remote control (kept original radio in dash for aesthetics)All New Speakers Front sides & Rear great sounding...and new antenna, Chrome Headlamp Stone Guards , & Billet Chrome rear license plate.(I can furnish all original parts that I replaced - Original Air Filter housing. Chrome side original Mirror, Etc. Will ship with Vehicle).. This is a car that is 40 years old and they are becoming more and more rare as they gain in collectability. Collectability value now at $25,000.00 in good to excellent shape. The car drives great no issues, sounds great Ansa exhaust gives it a great sound, and stops very well, and is better suited for someone who can put a few more miles on it unlike the last 2 owners I have put 675 2 years & previous owner a 1000 miles 6 years. I personally would not be selling this vehicle but I have a Daughter attending college and need the extra funds now. It is that impressive of a vehicle to me...
