Offered here is this beautiful 2008 Toyota 4Runner Urban Runner Sport Pkg 4x4 V6 SUV, one owner, with 68,000 original miles in good condition inside and out. Gold package, bug and window reflectors which gives it a really nice sleek look. There was one fender bender in which the rear bumper was replaced. Classic Pearl in color with charcoal grey and light grey leather/suede seating and interior. The body is very straight and extremely clean. The paint has a gorgeous shine and shows little sign of wear. There are no dents or door dings to report. All exterior trim is in beautiful condition. All exterior lenses are in free from fade and wear. The factory ultrafinish aluminum alloys are super clean and new all season radials showing 95% treadlife remaining. The windows are factory tinted. It has a factory roof rack installed along with a factory towing package and stepbars. The interior is in good condition throughout. The front driver seat has some damage and the passenger side back seat has some damage. The carpets are in good condition throughout. All door panels are in excellent condition. The headliner is spot and stain free. The cargo compartment looks like it was used very little and comes with the double decker cargo tray. Powered by a perfect running 4.0L DOHC 24-valve VVT-i V6 engine, paired to a smooth shifting 5-speed automatic overdrive transmission along with fully functional four wheel drive and a center differential lock. Finalists for 2014 Green Car of the Year announced
Thu, 17 Oct 2013The list of finalists for the 2014 Green Car of the Year has been announced, and in a genuinely bizarre twist, there's only one hybrid and no electric vehicles among the five contestants, despite the arrival of cars like the BMW i3 and Tesla Model S. Taking the place of the EVs are a pair of diesels, repping a technology that last won a Green Car of the Year award in 2009, when the Audi A3 TDI took the title. No diesel was in the running for last year's award.
Naturally, both of the diesel finalists are fielded by the Germans - with BMW's 328d and Audi's A6 TDI getting the nod. In the case of the 3 Series, BMW installed a 2.0-liter, turbodiesel, capable of delivering 180 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, while returning 45 miles per gallon on the highway. Audi and its larger, 3.0-liter, V6 turbodiesel produce quite a bit more grunt, with 240 hp and 428 lb-ft of grunt, but net a very impressive 38 mpg on the highway in the A6.
Finalists for this year's awards include two diesels, three gas-powered cars and a plug-in hybrid.
2015 Toyota Camry

Whether it be the Chevrolet Corvette, the Ford Mustang, or yes, even the ubiquitous Toyota Camry, 10.2 million of which have been sold since 1983, every car has its year. For the Camry, that year was 1992. With son-of-Lexus styling, a clear sense of purpose and a parent company that had hit its stride as the purveyor of faultlessly reliable family transportation devices, the Camry got its legs in 1992. It's a car that even your mom is likely to remember, even if she never owned one herself.
The Camry you see here represents the closest Toyota has come to emulating the magic formula that made the 1992 model the stuff of legends. Compared to the 2014 model, some 2000 of the car's 6,000 parts are new, most of them involving things you can see or touch (on the outside, for example, only the roof carries over from 2014).
It's not a full redesign, but nevertheless it's a stunning development considering the predecessor upon which it's based only survived two model years. That's a testament to both the hyper-competitive nature of the family sedan segment and the lukewarm critical response that the outgoing car garnered. But that's in the past now - after driving this 2015 model, we suspect the new car's changes will be thorough enough to continue pulling in new customers by the hundreds of thousands each year for the foreseeable future.
Toyota previews new C-HR crossover concept bound for Paris
Mon, 15 Sep 2014We're now just a few weeks away from the start of the Paris Motor Show, and when the doors open at the Porte de Versailles, Toyota will be among the many automakers with new wares to show - including the new concept car pictured in this latest teaser image.
Called the C-HR, the concept is designed to represent an "innovative vision for a compact crossover model", incorporating "a new design language with an engaging driving experience and a hybrid powertrain." The Japanese industrial giant isn't saying much else, but the C-HR is set to debut alongside the finalized exterior design for its upcoming new fuel cell sedan.
Toyota, of course, became a pioneer in the compact crossover segment when it introduced the first-generation RAV4 way back in 1994. If the silhouette is anything to go by, however, the C-HR concept appears to adopt a far more streamlined form. Watch this space for more.
