I patronized your shop for the first time yesterday, and found it to be a very impressive experience. I was treated with the utmost respect and everyone in your shop was extremely friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. I would like to point out one such employee in your shop in particular. In addition, when I returned to pick up my car a few hours later, I found him dealing with a female customer with a smile and a calm demeanor. it was only after I sat down and started chatting with a friendly elderly gentleman who patronizes your shop regularly that I found out that I had walked in on the end of a 37-minute excruciating dissection of this woman`s bill. I was amazed to see that he continued to have the calm composure and pleasant look on his face as if he had just begun speaking with this woman. That sort of professionalism is hard to find and should be recognized when displayed. Both due to the extreme professionalism shown by your employees, as well as the rave endorsements of the honesty and integrity of your mechanics by the elderly genetleman I had the pleasure of speaking with, I will continue to patronize your shop and will encourage others to do so as well.

What a great place! I started taking

What a great place! I started taking my vehicles to The Tire Shop in 1993 when I moved to Leesburg. At the time I was driving a BMW 325is. The staff was very knowledgeable, price was right, and it was a fun place. Since moving from Leesburg back inside the beltway and two BMW`s ago, The Tire Shop is the only place my cars go for any service. I trust them with my BMW 650i more than some of the dealers. delivered more than they promise

These guys were fast and delivered more than they promise they could! As someone who has been into his share of tire shops mechanics oil change places... I just can`t say enough how nice and polite every single one of them was! It was clear their business policy is to treat everyone like family (or better) The install and alignment was superb the car now drives better than when new (I replaced the OE tires with be... view moretter Goodyear Eagle GTs) and the tech even came out to explain that I had ordered ""better than original"" tires and what I could expect in terms of handling and performance. They do have warnings posted about them not installed tires with lower speed ratings. For the customer whose manual did not explicity state waht the ratings were, I can see their frustration. As the original ratings on my OE tires were so low it was very easy to find tires that met or exceeded them so I did not encounter this issue

Quick and friendly.

Well I only had a couple of tires mounted and balanced, but I certainly can`t complain about the service. They were quick and friendly. They even changed my dead blinker light for me (I had the bulb but could not for the life of me figure out how to do it...turns out the car needed to be jacked up). So my experience is limited but the friendliness and complimentary blinker change is getting them a good review and ... view moremy return business.
