This Samurai is in Great Condition overall with 99,200 Original miles. It has the 1.3 liter 4cyl engine and a 5-speed manual transmission.
Runs and drives really good, very dependable and reliable. Mostly in the original condition, except for a few modifications, and they are : It has a spring over suspension lift, up graded shocks, heavy duty steering rods, drive shaft spacers, running lights, fog lights, high def halo Headlights, bigger back up lights, warn winch with remote and extra battery just for the winch, it also has a cb radio and an alarm. This Samurai also has removable doors and the canvas top is in good condition. It is absolutely 100 % Rust Free. It also has Lockers in the front and rear differentials, so it's not very fast, but it tops out about 60mph on the highway. As I stated in the condition description it does have some dents ad dings, hood and windshield due to the hood latch failure and two tires This is everything that I know that's wrong with my Samurai. It comes with back seat, which is not pictured in this listing. You will not find a nicer Samurai for the money, these are getting very rare and hard to find, and almost impossible to find them with no rust. I have owned this Samurai for 3 years and it was driven back and forth to school by my son during his High School years, never any issues. You, as the winning bidder must pick up this Samurai, I will not ship or deliver! Must be paid in full and cleared by Paypal before pick up! This Samurai has been very well taken care of, and it shows..... Thanks for looking, happy bidding |

Suzuki teases production C-segment crossover, could it have saved them in US?
Wed, 06 Feb 2013Suzuki may be retreating (amidst booming sales) from the US market, but its efforts to woo European buyers are still going strong. Witness as proof these shadowy teaser images of the automaker's new C-segment crossover that it plans to unveil at the Geneva Motor Show next month.
Until the official debut, we've got just a few tidbits of information to report about the upcoming Suzuki. We're told, and can see, that the car has been modeled on the S-Cross concept car from the 2012 Paris Motor Show. Quite a bit of translation has happened, however, from show car to production form, as we see that the sweeping greenhouse of the S-Cross has been ditched in favor of a traditional pillared setup, large LEDs have moved from the lower front fascia to under the headlamps, and the grille is now much more in line with the rest of Suzuki's current range. The crossover is still painted in a faintly froggish shade of green, though, so the weirdness hasn't been completely leeched out.
We're also informed that the new C-segment offering will have an available a four-wheel-drive powertrain and one of the largest luggage areas in the segment. All of which strikes us as good stuff, but we're still not convinced that this unnamed entrant could have turned the Japanese automaker's fortunes in North America - even if it would have competed in one of the industry's fastest-growing segments. Feel free to read over Suzuki's brief press release below and look at the images before speculating for yourself in Comments.
Mitsubishi CEO vows to stay in US on heels of Suzuki's departure
Wed, 07 Nov 2012By now, you're surely aware that Suzuki is pulling out of the US market. It was a bit of a foregone conclusion to most who've been paying attention to the automotive realm, but it still sent a small shockwave through the industry. And one of the most oft-heard retorts goes something like this: "Next up: Mitsubishi."
It's easy to understand why many question Mitsubishi's existence in the States. After all, now that Suzuki is gone, Mitsubishi is the Japanese automaker with the fewest sales in America. Furthermore, the automaker's market share has dropped from .7 percent to just .4 percent after seeing sales fall 29 percent to 50,103 units through October.
In any case, Mitsubishi fans needn't worry. Speaking to Automotive News, Mitsubishi President Osamu Masuko said, "We have no intention whatsoever of withdrawing from the US market." That's about as clear as clear can get. It's also worth mentioning that Gayu Uesugi was just named chairman of Mitsubishi Motors North America, and his main responsibility will be to revitalize the brand in the US.
Suzuki calls in 26,000 Daewoo-built Veronas for overheating lights
Wed, 30 Jul 2014Suzuki is recalling yet another Daewoo-built model due to possible problems with the daytime running light module in the instrument panel. This time it covers about 25,899 units of the Suzuki Verona from the 2004 through 2006 model years that need fixing. Like the repair campaign of the Forenza and Reno in May, it's possible for the part to overheat, melt and potentially cause a fire.
According to the Chronology of Principal Events section in the defect notice submitted to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, this recall was actually a direct result of the Forenza/Reno campaign. After finding the problem in those vehicles, General Motors Korea started investigating for more affected models and discovered that the Verona was also at risk. However, the report says that no cases of melting or fires have been found in the Verona.
Obviously, Suzuki will be notifying affected owners and will replace the DRL module free of charge. Scroll down to read the recall request or check out the full defect notice in PDF format, here.
