Four different models of the E-Class are now offered in the U.S. The E350 has a 268-horsepower, 3.5L V6; the E550 has a 382-horsepower, 5.5L V8; the high-performance E63 AMG has a 507-horsepower, 6.3L V8; and the E320 Bluetec comes with a 3.0L turbodiesel V6 that makes 208 horsepower and 388 lb-ft of torque. The E350 and E63 are also available in a wagon body style in addition to the four-door sedan. The E350 and E550 have a 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system available. All models get a seven-speed automatic transmission.The new 6.3L V8 in the E63 AMG is the first engine to be completely developed by AMG; it has four valves per cylinder, variable valve timing, bucket-style tappets, and a variable intake manifold. The E63, as the performance leader of the line, can reach 60 mph in only 4.3 seconds; it can also be ordered with a performance package that lifts the 155-mph electronically limited top speed to 186 mph. It includes a specially tuned Airmatic sport suspension, a limited-slip differential, 19-inch alloy wheels, larger front brake discs, and an AMG sport steering wheel with paddle shifters.Meanwhile, the E320 Bluetec is as clean as a modern gasoline car, according to Mercedes-Benz, and the 3.0L CDI V6 is ranked 32 highway in the EPA cycle. Window curtain air bags and side-impact air bags are standard on the E-Class, along with PRE-SAFE, a system that tenses the seatbelts if it anticipates a collision, and closes the sunroof and side windows if it anticipates a loss of control.Each of the E-Class models come very well equipped as luxury cars. Options include a hands-free system, DVD navigation, side window blinds, Sirius satellite radio, the Parktronic parking aid, bi-xenon headlamps with active curve illumination, and a panorama sunroof. A newly available AMG Sport Package adds much of the E63's appearance equipment to the E350 or E550.

Buyer's Inspection We are ready to make every effort to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle and has disclosed all known and pertinent information regarding this vehicle. Previously owned vehicles may have scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. We welcome and recommend all vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the vehicle at our facility, a buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, or work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyers are responsible for any inspection fees and charges.

Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a non-refundable $500 deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction. We accept credit card or paypal for deposits. In the event the vehicle is not paid for, we retain the deposit to cover our costs to re-list the vehicle and lost opportunity costs. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Canadian customers: Please check to see that the vehicle qualifies for importation at www.riv.ca If you would like to have your car shipped door-to-door, visit www.searail.ca and they will handle every for you. To register in Canada, you will need a "NO OPEN RECALL LETTER" from the manufacturer. In some cases you may have to make modifications to get the car registered (such as adding day-time running lights) To get the car across the boarder you will need to fax a copy of the title, front and back, to the boarder 72 hours in advance. The original title is required to be present when crossing the boarder into Canada.

Fees and Taxes We charge a dealer-prep fee of $200 on all purchase transactions. It must be stated that...this charge may represent a profit to the dealership for items such as inspecting, detailing and preparing documents related to the sale. Connecticut law states that any such fee must be included in the final sale price without discrimination. With online auctions, the final sales price is not known in advance, so please be aware that $200.00 will be added to the closing or agreed amount so that the final sales price will include the fee and will be reflected in the bill of sale. We are licensed Connecticut dealer and is required to collect applicable sales tax. Please note: Sales Tax for CT Residents: Connecticut residents are responsible for 6.35% state sales tax, $400 Conveyance Fees and Registration Fees.

Out-of-state (non-Connecticut resident) taking delivery in a state other than CT: We charge a dealer-prep fee of $200 on all purchase transactions. In most cases we do not collect sales tax on these sales. You are responsible for paying your taxes, title and registration fees when you register the vehicle in your home state. We request a copy of the export bill of lading or dock receipt for our records and state audit purposes so that we are not held responsible for uncollected taxes. We can also provide state of CT transit/Temp plates good for 30 days at the time of pickup with valid insurance card that will cost an extra $100. Please inform our stuff that you want temporary plates for 30 days.

Returns: Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied. However, a 25% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.

Shipping Vehicles may be picked-up at our offices or we will gladly assist you in arranging shipment. Shipping is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please understand that we will arrange shipping for you as a value added service only. We are NOT the shipping company.
