This is great running, fun to drive car that gets phenomenal mileage and turns heads constantly. I bought this car about 4 years and 2,000 miles ago. It was painted about a year ago in the original British Racing Green Mazda used in tribute to Lotus since the Miata looks much like the Lotus Elan. They called it De Boom and this is #2625 of 4000. These are very rare and are collectible. They were given all the options, even speakers in the seats The previous owner installed an aerodynamic body kit called Wizdom. Most of this cars miles have been on the open road where I've gotten 55+ MPG. At 70-80 MPH the car slips through the air so well you hardly have to give it any throttle. When I bought the car the windshield, top and tires were new. I have only had it serviced and tuned and installed a new catalytic converter about a year ago. The car is completely rust free except for the window pillar ( see photos ) The car is in Huntington Beach Calif. 92648 and is currently registered. Thanks for looking.

2014 Mazda6: June 2013
Mon, 15 Jul 2013The 2014 Mazda6 is our most recent addition to the Autoblog long-term fleet, and we spent the month of June getting to know our Soul Red tester, generally enjoying the honeymoon phase of this twelve-month relationship. During June, the Mazda6 spent the majority of its time with director of photography Drew Phillips, who in addition to putting together this pretty gallery of our rakish long-term car, had a lot to say about it as a daily driver.
You see, not too long before Mazda delivered our long-term 6, Drew bought a 2014 CX-5 crossover to support his growing family. The CX-5 was the first vehicle to use Mazda's full suite of Skyactiv technologies, and we've generally enjoyed the good-to-drive CUV. A lot of that CX-5 goodness lies beneath the more shapely lines of this sleek Mazda6 sedan, so it's only fitting that Drew had a lot of comparisons between Mazda's two housemates during his month behind the wheel.

Wed, 12 Dec 20122012 is almost in the books and automakers are spending December gearing up for the 2013 auto show season, which tips off next month at the Detroit Auto Show. Mon, 10 Feb 2014Ask a car enthusiast what the best driver's car on the road is, and the Mazda MX-5 Miata is very likely to come up rather quickly. Unjustly saddled with a reputation as a "chick's car," the Miata has been, over its three generations, one of the finest driving instruments ever built - it's light, agile and rear-wheel drive with direct, snappy steering, an engine that revels in being revved and a precise, smooth-shifting transmission. The fact that it's ridiculously affordable and reliable is simply a bonus.
It should come as no surprise then, that a car with these traits has endured for 25 years, a milestone reached only by some of the most famous nameplates in the auto industry - Corvette, Mustang, F-150, SL, M3 and so on. To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Jay Leno spent some time with the little roadster that could, while also chatting with two of the Mazda employees that were central to the MX-5's arrival on the world's automotive scene, Bob Hall and Tom Matano.
