This is a 2002 Jaguar XJR sedan very clean ,very smooth ride. It is a V8 supercharged engine and there was a new engine installed in the car so the odometer mileage says about 190,000 but on the motor there is only about 73,000.
It has new tires , new brakes , new rotors. it has a working sun roof . Also this car is automatic , but you can drive the car manually if you would like. This car is in wonderful great clean condition. I had any issue taken care of with respect to maintenance. This is a great car where u just turn the key and go. This baby is fast and jumps to attention. It also is a great cruising car, where you just open the sunroof and enjoy the ride. It is also a great everyday car and is very dependable. I stand by this car 100l%. I promise that you will not have any issue with this car for along time to come. As mentioned early there was a lot of work done to this car. I owned it for 3 yrs and loved this car. Sorry to see it go. But time moves on and I have kids in college and it's time to sacrifice for the kids. Maybe they'll pay me back when they get older. Not. Jaguar designs Tour de France racing bike [w/video]
Sun, 01 Jun 2014Jaguar is known for designing luxury sedans, and it's known for designing GTs. But once in a while it dabbles in a new area of transportation design. It's working on its first crossover at the moment, and even did a speedboat concept a couple of years ago. Now it's turned its attention to bicycles.
While many automakers have designed bikes in the past, Jaguar's project has a bit more of a direct correlation. It's been working with Team Sky - the outfit that has won the Tour de France two years running now - since 2010, furnishing the team with support vehicles for bicycle races around the world. But now it's stepping its collaboration up a notch by redesigning the team's bike.
Working with frame manufacturer Pinarello, Jaguar took the existing Dogma 65.1 racing bike design back to the drawing board. Jaguar's designers and engineers reshaped the frame tubes, seat post, front fork, derailleur and all the components attached to the frame, each part streamlined for aerodynamic efficiency. They ran it through Jaguar's Computational Fluid Dynamics processor 300 times then verified the results in the wind tunnel.

While the outcome of that battle was quite predictable, what'll happen when an equally fetching (and fast) four-wheeler is put up against one of the icons of the two-wheeled world? Evo just had to find out.
Matching up a Jaguar F-Type V6 S Convertible against a Triumph Street Triple R is at least more of an even fight than the last battle between the Porsche Cayman GTS and Macan Turbo. The Triumph has a 675-cc engine to work with, and is very light. Meanwhile, the Jag has a thumping 380-horsepower, 3.0-liter, supercharged V6 to haul about it's considerably heftier heft. Who will come out on top?

Jay Leno's Garage features funnyman's 1963 Jaguar E-Type
Thu, 25 Apr 2013Jay Leno looks inward on this episode of his eponymous garage, checking out a 1963 Jaguar XKE that he bought earlier this year. It is an example of his favorite kind of car, that being original and unrestored. He bought the E-Type from its first owner, a woman who purchased it new, held on to it for 50 years and took excellent care of it. Having never been in an accident, Leno says even the paint is 85- to 90-percent original.
In the video, the XKE sits in front of two heavily modded XK120s and another '63 XKE, but Leno said all he's done - and all he plans to do - is clean it up and put on a modern set of wire wheels for safety.
