Great 2002 honda crv for sale. It is the 2.4l 4cly so great gas mileage. It's the LX so it's a bit higher end in the Cr-v model. It includes power windows, sun roof, back windows have 15% tint, full spare and more. Things that I have just done to it include: brand new sony stereo, roof bars, new stabilizing links, remote start/security system, new brakes, new rotors, spark plugs just put in, air filter just put in, oil changed today, and front grille painted matte black and the A/C is being charged this week and the battery was charged yesterday.
The car is in great shape for a 2002. Has minor dings and scratches but nothing major. Tires are at 65% and has a never used full spare. Car runs and drives as it should. Has 137xxx miles but I just round it to 140xxx. For a Honda that's nothing! Hondas run forever and back! Great SUV with a surprising amount of space for a small SUV. I love this car it has been great for me since I've owned it but I need something else due to family, schooling, work, etc. No trades. Title in hand. All records in a file that I have kept since owning it. Looking for 6100 which is what it's worth. Call/text preferred- ask for Matt. Need this gone ASAP. Watch this LSR Honda Insight crash at 190 mph in the desert
Tue, 19 Nov 2013Like any form of motorsports, attempts at breaking land speed records are inherently dangerous. To wit: During a recent speed competition at El Mirage dry lake beds in southern California, racer Brian Gillespie and his first-gen Honda Insight crashed at nearly 190 miles per hour, and it was all caught on video.
According to the Southern California Timing Association website, which hosts the event, the weather was good and there was no wind on November 10, so it isn't clear what may have caused the crash. Despite the car being destroyed (including the entire front end being sheared off), Gillespie suffered only "minor injuries" and is recovering. The SCTA site does state that Gillespie managed to crack the 200-mile-per-hour mark in a previous run with a top speed of 200.9 mph, so congratulations to him on that! Honda debuts NSX Concept-GT hybrid racer
Fri, 16 Aug 2013Not to be outdone by Lexus and its new LF-CC racecar, Honda is also bringing a little more excitement to the Japanese Super GT racing series with its NSX Concept-GT. Yes, just like the original NSX, this racecar will wear the Honda badge in its home market when it replaces the current offering in that series, the non-production HSV-010 GT, which itself replaced the NSX in the series back in 2010.
Looking exactly how we'd imagine a race-prepped 2015 Acura NSX to look, this racer is mean and sexy at the same time, and it will be powered by a racing hybrid system with a turbocharged four-cylinder mounted behind the driver. No word on power output, but it will compete in the GT500 class, which restricts power output to 500 horsepower. Unlike the Lexus racecar, the Honda NSX Concept-GT will being competing this season starting with this weekend's race at the Suzuka Circuit before running the full 10-race 2014 season. Bonkers Honda Vezel headlines Mugen's lineup at Tokyo Auto Salon
Tue, 14 Jan 2014Japanese automakers and their tuning divisions have descended upon the Makuhari Messe in Chiba City for the 2014 Tokyo Auto Salon. And for Honda, it's all about Mugen.
Honda's Japanese Domestic Market tuning division brought a series of modified concepts and racing cars to the salon this year, including the CR-Z hybrid touring car it fields in the Super GT series, the SF13 single-seater from the Super Formula series as well as customized versions of the Fit, Odyssey and N-WGN. But the prize for the most outrageous of them all surely goes to the modified Vezel you see above.
Modeled on Honda's new Fit-based crossover, the Mugen Vezel Concept goes further than the versions we've seen until now. It features a bonkers body kit, dual exhaust, brake upgrade, sport suspension, intricate 20-inch alloy wheels and an upgraded interior.
