About Vehicle

This is a 2010 Toyota Tacoma with 29,713 Miles. It is a V6, SR5 4x4 with TRD off road package, Crew Cab with tow package and full power options. The tires are new and very expensive. This vehicle is in excellent condition.

I generally do not purchase vehicles with damaged titles but the damage was not severe and I felt it would be a great value and a perfect repair. I have had accident damage fixed on my personal car worse than this. I have before and after pictures. It has a Previous Damaged Title and can be licensed and titled in all 50 states. There is a warranty available.

The repairs were performed at a professional collision center and all workmanship and paint carries a lifetime warranty. This truck is a great value and if it were not for the blemish on the history report it would be at least $5,000.00 more.

If this vehicle is not exactly as described we will gladly refund any money paid prior to delivery/inspection. We are more than happy to take vehicle to local Toyota dealership or independent automotive facility of prospective buyers choice for an inspection. (buyer pays for inspection)

This is a no reserve auction and will sell to the highest bidder. We have our own transportation options as well as other nationwide transporters we have used. There are 5 major airports within 3 hours drive from us. If you want the vehicle, we can get it to you.

Vehicle is for sale elsewhere and we reserve the right to end auction early if no longer available for sale.

PLEASE call with ANY questions at ANYtime!! Thank You!!!

Edmunds ranks the best used cars for 2013

Sun, 15 Sep 2013

When people ask us what car we would recommend for them, it's usually not easy to answer. To make a useful recommendation we must consider which of the numerous vehicle segments fits their needs best, and then choose one of the many vehicles offered in each segment. For some people, new cars don't meet their expectations of value, because they lose so much of it the moment they are purchased and driven off the dealer lot. For them, there's always the used-car market, where great deals can be found, but cars' histories of reliability and maintenance records - and perhaps that Certified Pre-Owned warranty - become ever-important factors playing into purchase choice.
To help out, Edmunds has done us the favor of assembling a list of the best used vehicles money can buy, covering model years 2006-2011, according to what it considers the most important criteria when shopping for used autos: reliability, safety, value and availability. That means unreliable, unsafe, super-expensive or limited-edition models don't appear on the list, but instead cars from each segment that are more likely to satisfy the general population.
There are some real goodies on the list, including but not limited to vehicles such as the capable Honda Fit, the cultish Honda Accord coupe (which can be had with a 240-horsepower V6 and a six-speed manual transmission some years), and the powerful Chevrolet Corvette. While Edmunds' choice of the Volvo C70 for best used convertible baffled us at first (not that it's a bad car), it redeemed itself by stating that the Mazda MX-5 still is an unofficial top choice if you don't require more than two seats.

Toyota reaffirms commitment to body-on-frame SUVs

Mon, 29 Jul 2013

Toyota sold 121,055 Highlander CUVs in 2012, according to Automotive News. By comparison, it sold 78,457 examples of four different body-on-frame, truck-based SUVs (4Runner, FJ Cruiser, Sequoia and Land Cruiser). One could argue then, that the traditional SUVs aren't pulling their weight from a sales perspective. Yet that isn't stopping Toyota from reaffirming its commitment to a segment that has seen its former champions - Ford, General Motors and Chrysler - abandon it with alarming speed. Ford and GM still offer body-on frame utilities, but only in the very largest offerings, catering to seven or even eight passengers. Everything outside of the Expedition or Tahoe rides now on a unibody.
Toyota's decision to stick with the technology is good news if you're in the market for smaller SUVs that are still capable of heading well off the beaten path. Outside of the Jeep Wrangler, Grand Cherokee (a unibody) and perhaps Nissan Xterra, there's not much in terms of capable SUVs between $20,000 and $50,000. As the Toyota brand's US head, Bill Fay, says, "Clearly, the trend has shifted, but there is still an owner base that is interested in these vehicles."
We don't doubt Fay on that, but it may also be somewhat telling that Toyota's SUV lineup is aging, and we haven't seen or heard much about replacement models in the pipeline. Admittedly, the 4Runner (pictured) has been facelifted for 2014, but it's mostly cosmetic in nature. Despite Toyota's posturing, we still expect its body-on-frame lineup to thin in the coming years as sales dwindle and escalating fuel-economy standards make business cases even tougher. Here's hoping that Toyota manages to keep at least one rough-and-tumble SUV in its lineup in the coming years.

Toyota teaches weather reporters not to get their forecasts wrong

Fri, Mar 13 2015

In some ways, being a weather forecaster on television is one of the easiest jobs on the world. In few other professions can you get your duty utterly wrong for the day and for that to be completely acceptable. Toyota is taking TV meteorologists to task in a new ad in Europe for the Aygo X-Wave with its sliding canvas top. The gimmick here is that the forecasters have to drive an Aygo for a month with a top that's synced to their predictions. For example, if they report sunny weather, then the top opens automatically regardless of whether rain is pouring down. Even if the results are staged, it still provides for a great dose of humor to market the hatchback's massive opening roof.
